Description
第1の実施の形態では、トルクフィードフォワード制御を行う場合の構成例を示したが、他の制御系、例えば電流フィードバック制御を行う場合における演算部1021bの構成を図20に示す。なお、第1の実施の形態と同様の機能を有する構成要素については同じ参照番号が付されている。
第1及び第2の実施の形態では、図5に示したような動力伝達系を有する電動アシスト車の例を示した。しかしながら、図6に示したような動力伝達系であっても、第1又は第2の実施の形態のようなモータ駆動制御器を実装できる。その際には、ペダル回転換算速度とモータ速度との一致近傍でサーボゲインを下げるようにしても良い。そうすると、ワンウェイクラッチにロックする際のショックを防止できるようになる。

Claims (13)
- モータ駆動系及びペダル駆動系各々にワンウェイクラッチが介在する電動アシスト車のモータ駆動制御装置であって、
ペダル回転から換算されるペダル回転換算速度に基づき、モータ目標速度を生成する生成部と、
ペダルトルクが検出されない期間において、前記モータ目標速度とモータの速度とに応じた駆動目標トルクを出力するトルク制御部と、
前記駆動目標トルクに応じて前記モータを駆動する駆動部と、
を有するモータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記生成部が、
前記ペダル回転換算速度と車速とのうちの小さい方の値に応じて前記モータ目標速度を生成し、
前記駆動目標トルクが、前記モータ目標速度と前記モータの速度との差に応じて算出される
請求項1記載のモータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記トルク制御部が、
前記ペダルトルクが検出されている期間において、前記ペダルトルクに応じて算出されるアシスト目標トルクに応じた駆動目標トルクを出力する

請求項2記載のモータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記電動アシスト車が、変速機を有していないか又は前記ペダルと前記モータから共通の変速機経由で車輪を駆動する電動アシスト車であり、
前記ペダル回転換算速度と前記モータの速度との差の絶対値が所定値未満であれば、前記ペダル回転換算速度と前記モータの速度との差に、前記ペダル回転換算速度と前記モータの速度との差の絶対値が前記所定値以上である場合に比して小さなゲイン値を乗ずる
請求項1記載のモータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記ペダル回転換算速度が、最速ギア比を想定してペダル回転数から算出される
請求項1乃至11のいずれか1つ記載のモータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記トルク制御部は、
前記ペダルトルクが検出されない期間において、所定のタイミングにてモータの速度が所定の速度になるように前記駆動目標トルクを出力し、
前記モータの速度をデューティー比換算する際に用いる係数を修正する処理を実施する係数調整部
をさらに有する請求項4記載のモータ駆動制御装置。
