Claims (18)
- 通信ケーブルであって、
複数のツイストペア導体と、
前記複数のツイストペア導体を実質的に包囲するマトリックステープであって、第1の面および反対側の第2の面を有する絶縁層、前記第1の面において間隔を介して分離された導電部の第1の障壁層、並びに前記第2の面において間隔を介して分離された導電部の第2の障壁層を含むマトリックステープと、
前記複数のツイストペア導体を、他の前記複数のツイストペア導体から各々分離する対線セパレータであって、前記対線セパレータが、中央ウェブによって連結された複数の錐台形状のセパレータ脚部を含み、前記セパレータ脚部各々が、前記ツイストペア導体の1つと、他の前記ツイストペア導体との間にほぼ位置するような対線セパレータと、を備えた通信ケーブル。 - 前記錐台形状のセパレータ脚部の少なくとも1つが丸い自由端を有する請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記対線セパレータが時計回りで形成される請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記複数のツイストペア導体と前記マトリックステープとの間に配置されたバリアテープをさらに含む請求項1に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記バリアテープが前記複数のツイストペア導体の周囲をらせん状に巻き付いている請求項4に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 前記マトリックステープが、前記バリアテープの周囲をらせん状に巻き付いている請求項5に記載の通信ケーブル。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の通信ケーブルに用いられるマトリックステープを製造する方法であって、
ポリマー基板を提供することと、
少なくとも1つの導電層を、対応する粘着性層を用いて、前記ポリマー基板の少なくとも1つの面に取り付けることと、
前記少なくとも1つの導電層をキス打抜きすることと、
前記ポリマー基板の少なくとも1つの前記面に導電部を形成するように、前記キス打抜き処置後に、前記少なくとも1つの導電層のいくつかを除去することと、を含む方法。 - ポリエステルフィルムを前記導電層に固定するステップをさらに含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の通信ケーブルを製造する方法であって、
ポリマー基板を提供することと、
少なくとも1つの導電層を、対応する粘着性層を用いて、前記ポリマー基板の少なくとも1つの面に取り付けることと、
前記少なくとも1つの導電層をキス打抜きすることと、
前記ポリマー基板の少なくとも1つの前記面に導電部を形成するように、前記キス打抜き処置後に、前記少なくとも1つの導電層のいくつかを除去することと、
少なくとも1つの導体の対線をねじることと、
前記少なくとも1つの導体の対線の周囲に前記マトリックステープを巻き付けることと、を含むサブステップを用いるマトリックステープを形成するステップを含む方法。 - 絶縁バリアテープを用いた前記マトリックステープから前記少なくとも1つの導体の対線を分離するステップをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記分離ステップが、前記少なくとも1つの導体の対線の周囲に前記絶縁バリアテープをらせん状に巻き付けるサブステップを含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体の対線および前記マトリックステープを被覆するステップをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記巻き付きステップが、らせん状に巻き付けるステップである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記巻き付きステップが約15度の接触角を含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記巻き付きステップが前記マトリックステープのオーバーラップを含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- ポリエステルフィルムを前記導電層に固定するステップをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の通信ケーブルに用いられるマトリックステープを製造する方法であって、
ポリマー基板を提供することと、
少なくとも1つの導電層を、対応する粘着性層を用いて、前記ポリマー基板の少なくとも1つの面に取り付けることと、
前記ポリマー基板の少なくとも1つの前記面に導電部を形成するように、前記少なくとも1つの導電層のいくつかを除去することと、を含む方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の通信ケーブルを製造する方法であって、
ポリマー基板を提供することと、
少なくとも1つの導電層を、対応する粘着性層を用いて、前記ポリマー基板の少なくとも1つの面に取り付けることと、
前記少なくとも1つの導電層をキス打抜きすることと、
前記ポリマー基板の少なくとも1つの前記面に導電部を形成するように、前記少なくとも1つの導電層のいくつかを除去することと、
少なくとも1つの導体の対線をねじることと、
前記少なくとも1つの導体の対線の周囲に前記マトリックステープを巻き付けることと、を含むサブステップを用いるマトリックステープを形成するステップを含む方法。
