Claims (8)
- 可撓性内管の外側に断熱層を有する断熱ホースの製造方法であって、
軟質樹脂によりホース内壁面となる非通気性で円筒状の内層を形成する工程A、
内層に対してホース外周側に突出する硬質樹脂製の補強体を、内層に螺旋状に捲回一体化し、内層と硬質樹脂補強体により可撓性内管を形成する工程B、
可撓性内管の外側に、弾力性を有する断熱性条帯を螺旋状に捲回して、断熱層を形成する工程C、
断熱層の外側に、断熱性条帯を固定する外層を形成する工程Dを備え、
上記工程Cにおいて、
(C−1)前記断熱性条帯の断面がホース軸方向と略平行となり、
(C−2)その隣接する側縁同士が互いに対向するように捲回され、
(C−3)硬質樹脂補強体と接する部分の断熱性条帯が硬質樹脂補強体を縮径方向に付勢するように厚み方向に圧縮され、並びに
(C−4)非接触部分の内周面が前記内層の外周面との間に空隙部を形成するように捲回されていることを特徴とする断熱ホースの製造方法。 - 工程Cにおいて、断熱性条帯に張力を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱ホースの製造方法。
- 工程Cにおいて、あらかじめ厚み方向に圧縮しておいた断熱性条帯を螺旋状に捲回し、捲回後に圧縮を回復させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱ホースの製造方法。
- 工程Cにおいて、断熱性条帯を、硬質樹脂補強体が捲回される螺旋の向きと同じ向きの螺旋状に捲回したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱ホースの製造方法。
- 工程Aにおいて、円筒状の内層を、軟質樹脂を押出成形した半溶融状態のテープの隣接する側縁部同士を互いに重なり合うように螺旋状に捲回して形成する請求項1に記載の断熱ホースの製造方法。
- 可撓性内管の外側に断熱層を有する断熱ホースであって、
前記可撓性内管が、円筒状の内層と補強体で構成され、
前記内層は軟質樹脂で構成され、ホース内壁面を形成し、かつ非通気性であり、
前記補強体は硬質樹脂で構成されているとともに、前記内層に螺旋状に捲回一体化され、かつ前記内層に対してホース外周側に突出しており、
前記断熱層が、前記可撓性内管の外側に螺旋状に捲回され、かつ弾力性を有する断熱性条帯で構成され、
前記断熱ホースが、さらに、断熱層の外側に形成され、かつ断熱性条帯を固定する外層を備えており、
前記断熱性条帯が、その断面がホース軸方向と略平行に、その隣接する側縁同士が互いに対向して捲回され、前記補強体と接する部分の断熱性条帯が前記補強体を縮径方向に付勢して、断熱性条帯が厚み方向に圧縮されているとともに、前記補強体との非接触部分で、前記断熱性条帯の内周面と前記内層の外周面との間に空隙部が形成されていることを特徴とする断熱ホース。 - 断熱性条帯の螺旋状捲回方向と補強体の螺旋状捲回方向とが同じであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の断熱ホース。
- 円筒状の内層が、軟質樹脂を押出成形した半溶融状態のテープの隣接する側縁部同士を互いに重なり合うように螺旋状に捲回して形成された層である請求項6に記載の断熱ホース。
