Claims (17)
- 母体胎児間の関連した医療データを検出する第1測定ヘッド、胎児心拍数を検出する第2測定ヘッド、及び前記第1測定ヘッドに含まれる、母体心拍数を検出するセンサを設けるステップと、
前記センサを使用して、前記母体心拍数のデータを取得することにより、前記母体心拍数を測定するステップと、
前記第2測定ヘッドを使用して、前記胎児心拍数データを取得することにより、前記胎児心拍数を測定するステップと、
前記母体胎児間の関連した医療データを得るステップと、
前記母体心拍数データ及び前記胎児心拍数データを使用して、母体胎児間の心拍の一致を検出するステップとを含む、胎児心拍数を監視する方法。 - 前記母体心拍数のデータのアーチファクトを検出及び補正するステップを更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補正が、運動アーチファクト補正を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記母体心拍数データ、前記胎児心拍数データ、及び前記母体胎児間の関連した医療データをディスプレイユニットに伝送するステップを更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伝送するステップが、無線及び/又は有線接続によって実行される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 母体胎児間の関連した医療データを取得する手段と、
前記関連した医療データを取得する手段に含まれる母体心拍数データを取得するセンサと、
前記取得された母体胎児間の関連した医療データ、及び前記取得された母体心拍数データをデータ処理ユニットに伝送する手段とを含む、測定ヘッド。 - 前記母体心拍数データのアーチファクト検出及び補正をする手段を更に有する、請求項6に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 前記母体心拍数データのアーチファクト検出及び補正をする手段が、前記母体胎児間の関連した医療データを分析するように使用される、請求項7に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 前記データ処理ユニットが、ディスプレイユニットである、請求項6に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 前記センサが、脈波検査電極を有し、前記脈波検査電極が、バイオインピーダンス電極であり、前記脈波検査電極が、容量及び/又はガルバニック組織電極カップリングに使用される、請求項6に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 前記センサが、様々な測定周波数におけるインピーダンス測定に使用される、請求項10に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 位相感知検出手段を更に有する、請求項10に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 前記測定ヘッドが、陣痛計又は子宮内圧センサの信号処理ユニットである、請求項6に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 前記センサが光ベース電極である、請求項10に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 前記測定ヘッドが皮膚表面に配置される、請求項14に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 前記測定ヘッドが、前記皮膚表面に適用される、前記光ベース電極の動作に使用される光に対して透過性であるインタフェース層を含む、請求項15に記載の測定ヘッド。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するためのコンピュータ実行可能な指示を含む、コンピュータプログラム。
