Description
活性エネルギー線硬化層に基盤目状のクロスカットを行い、その上にニチバン製セロハンテープ(登録商標)24mm幅のものを貼りつけ、180°の剥離角度で急速に剥離させた後の剥離面積から下記のように判定した。
○:全く剥離しない
△:剥離面積15%未満
×:剥離面積15%以上
協和界面科学製 接触角計CA−D・A型を用いて、液滴法によって接触角を求めた。使用した水はミリポア社製 MILLI−Q REAGENT−WATER−SYSTEM装置にて精製した純水を用いた。液滴を滴下してから測定までの時間は約30秒とした。6回測定しその平均値を採用した。
JIS−K6714に準じ、日本電色工業社製分球式濁度計NDH−20Dによりフィルムの濁度を測定した。塗布フィルムと非塗布フィルムの濁度と塗布フィルムの濁度の差を測定し、以下の基準により評価した。
○:フィルム濁度差2.0%未満
△:フィルム濁度2.0%以上、3%未満
×:フィルム濁度3%以上
日本ヒューレット・パッカード社製高抵抗測定器:HP4339Bおよび測定電極:HP16008Bを使用し、23℃,所定の湿度の測定雰囲気でサンプルを30分間調湿後、印可電圧100Vで1分後のフィルム表面の表面固有抵抗値を測定した。表面固有抵抗が低いほど、帯電防止性が良好であるといえる。
付着した粘着剤の拭き取りを想定し、試料フィルムの表面をエタノールを含ませたガーゼで1方向に10回軽く擦った後、前記帯電防止性と同様に日本ヒューレット・パッカード社製高抵抗測定器:HP4339Bおよび測定電極:HP16008Bを使用し、23℃,50%RHの測定雰囲気でサンプルを30分間調湿後、印可電圧100Vで1分後のフィルム表面の表面固有抵抗値を測定した。処理前後で表面固有抵抗の増加が少ないほど、耐溶剤性が良好であるといえる。
試料フィルムを65℃のお湯に10分間、前記帯電防止性と同様に日本ヒューレット・パッカード社製高抵抗測定器:HP4339Bおよび測定電極:HP16008Bを使用し、23℃,50%RHの測定雰囲気でサンプルを30分間調湿後、印可電圧100Vで1分後のフィルム表面の表面固有抵抗値を測定した。処理前後で表面固有抵抗の増加が少ないほど、耐水性が良好であるといえる。
硬化樹脂表面に、シャチハタ社製スタンプ(Xstamper 速乾性丸型印 11号)を用いて印字し、その印字状況を下記の基準で判定した。
○:スタンプの文字が明確に印字された。
△:はじきのために文字が痩せているが文字は判別でき、実用上問題ない。
×:文字のはじきが激しく、判別できない。
38μm厚の二軸延伸PETフィルム(三菱樹脂(株)製:ダイアホイルT100−38)に下記組成からなる組成物を塗布量(乾燥前)約9.1(g/m2)となるように塗布し、140℃、20秒間熱処理し、塗布フィルムを得た。
《組成物内容》
ポリエステルバインダーのマルチウォールカーボンナノチューブ分散液(大同塗料(株)製DCNT−201S−2、カーボンナノチューブ含量0.4%、不揮発分3%) 80重量部
DCNT−201S−2用ポリイソシアネート硬化剤(大同塗料(株)製、不揮発分45%) 0.67重量部
フッ素系防汚剤(DIC(株)製:ディフェンサMCF350SF) 0.15重量部
デシルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学工業(株)製KBM−3103C) 0.15重量部
メチルエチルケトン 300重量部
メチルイソブチルケトン 300重量部
実施例1において、塗布量を(乾燥前)約6.7(g/m2)となるようにした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で塗布フィルムを得た。
実施例1において、組成物を下記に変更する以外は実施例1と同様にして製造し、離型フィルムを得た。
《組成物内容》
ポリエステルバインダーのマルチウォールカーボンナノチューブ分散液(大同塗料(株)製DCNT−201S−2、カーボンナノチューブ含量0.4%、不揮発分3%) 70重量部
DCNT−201S−2用ポリイソシアネート硬化剤(大同塗料(株)製、不揮発分45%) 1.0重量部
フッ素系防汚剤(DIC(株)製:ディフェンサMCF350SF) 0.30重量部
デシルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学工業(株)製KBM−3103C) 0.15重量部
メチルエチルケトン 210重量部
メチルイソブチルケトン 210重量部
実施例1において、組成物を下記に変更する以外は実施例1と同様にして製造し、離型フィルムを得た。

実施例1において、組成物を下記に変更する以外は実施例1と同様にして製造し、離型フィルムを得た。
《組成物内容》
ポリエステルバインダーのマルチウォールカーボンナノチューブ分散液(大同塗料(株)製DCNT−201S−2、カーボンナノチューブ含量0.4%、不揮発分3%) 70重量部
DCNT−201S−2用ポリイソシアネート硬化剤(大同塗料(株)製、不揮発分45%) 1.0重量部

以上、得られたフィルムの特性を下記表1にまとめて示す。
Claims (1)
- ポリエステルフィルムの片面に塗布層を有するフィルムであり、当該塗布層中に、カーボンナノチューブ、フッ素系撥水剤、およびアルコキシシラン化合物を含有することを特徴とする塗布層を有するポリエステルフィルム。
