Description
そして、このプロペラントガスは、噴射ボタンを備えるスプレー缶に充填して使用されるものであって、エアゾールにおいて噴射物を噴出させる噴出剤として、あるいは、除塵ブロワ−として直接対象物に噴射したりするものである。
この爆発燃焼試験は、中央部に着火用電極を取り付けた覗き窓のついた約2Lの円筒形の金属容器の中に、HFC152aとCF3Iを混合したガスを想定している混合比になるよう導入後、空気を大気圧まで導入して電極からの放電によって、燃焼の有無を確認した。燃焼の有無の判定は、覗き窓からの目視にて行った。
評価方法は、約50Lの金属製容器の中央部に着火電極、強制攪拌を行うためのファンを左部に取り付けられ、試料用ガスを左上部から一定量導入できる機構を取り付けたものの中に、試料を充填している噴射缶から一定量吹きつけ、電極からの放電によって爆発の有無を確認した。
Claims (3)
- 噴射ボタンを備えるスプレー缶に充填されるプロペラントガスであって、
トリフルオロヨードメタンガス(CF3I)と1,1−ジフルオロエタンガス(C2H4F2)との2成分からなる混合ガスで構成され、混合ガス中のトリフルオロヨードメタンガス(CF3I)の重量比率が、66〜70重量%、残り1,1−ジフルオロエタンガス(C2H4F2)であることを特徴とするプロペラントガス。 - プロペラントガスが除塵ブロワー用の噴射ガスである請求項1に記載したプロペラントガス。
- プロペラントガスがエアゾール用の噴射ガスである請求項1または2に記載したプロペラントガス。
