Claims (5)
- パルスビームを全周走査して多点測定を行うレーザスキャナに於いて、該レーザスキャナが本体部と該本体部に回転可能に設けられた回動部とを有し、該回動部がパルスビームを該回動部の中心軸に対して垂直方向に偏向して照射する偏向部材を具備し、前記本体部は、2次元的に配置され、パルスビームを同時に発する複数の発光源と、パルスビームを投光、受光する光学系と、前記回動部の水平回転角を検出する回転角検出部と、対象物からの反射光を前記偏向部材を介して受光し、前記発光源とそれぞれ共役の位置にある複数の受光部と、該受光部からの受光信号に基づき測距を行う測距部と、前記発光源の配置位置、前記回転角検出部の検出結果に基づき前記偏向部材から照射されるパルスビームそれぞれの照射方向を演算する制御演算部とを具備し、
前記回動部は、前記複数の発光源から発せられるパルスビームを同時に全周走査し、
前記受光部はそれぞれ共役な発光素子から発せられたパルスビームの反射光を同時に受光し、
前記測距部は前記受光部からのそれぞれの受光信号に基づき同時に多数点の測距データを取得する様構成されたことを特徴とするレーザスキャナ。 - 前記発光源、前記受光部は円周上に配置された請求項1のレーザスキャナ。
- 前記光学系が集光レンズを有し、該集光レンズは各前記発光源からのパルスビームの光軸が前記偏向部材の回転中心に集る様に集光する請求項1のレーザスキャナ。
- 前記回動部の傾きを検出する回転ブレ検出部を有し、前記制御演算部は前記回転ブレ検出部の検出結果に基づき前記パルスビームの照射方向の演算結果を補正する請求項1のレーザスキャナ。
- 前記光学系が、パルスビームの光路を偏向する光路偏向手段を具備する請求項1のレーザスキャナ。
