Description
また、本発明によれば、弱く加締める部分として第一段変形部で筒状金属箔部材及び筒状接続部を面接触させるようになる。これにより広い面積での圧着を図ることが可能になる。一方、強く加締める部分として第二段変形部で筒状金属箔部材及び筒状接続部を複数、点接触させる、線接触させる、又は第一段変形部よりも小さな面で接触させるようになる。これにより局所的な圧着を図ることが可能になる。
さらに、本発明によれば、筒状金属箔部材に対しこの筒状金属箔部材の軸方向に引っ張り力が掛かると、筒状金属箔部材は第一段変形部にて押さえ付けられ、引っ張り力は第二段変形部まで作用しないようになる。

Claims (5)
- 導電性を有する金属箔を筒状に形成してなる筒状金属箔部材と、該筒状金属箔部材の内側に挿入される導電性で金属製の筒状接続部と、加締めにより変形可能で前記筒状金属箔部材の外側に挿入される金属製のリング状加締め部材とを備え、該リング状加締め部材に対しこの外側から内側へ向けて加締めを施すと、前記筒状金属箔部材及び前記筒状接続部は前記リング状加締め部材の内側への二段で非エッジな変形部分となる第一段変形部及び第二段変形部によって接触し合い電気的且つ機械的に接続され、
前記第一段変形部は、前記第二変形部よりも前記筒状金属箔部材への引張力が掛かる側に位置し、前記リング状加締め部材の中心軸と直交する方向に延びる矩形状の非エッジな変形部分であり、
前記第二段変形部は、前記第一段変形部よりも強く加締めてなるディンプル状又はビード状の複数の非エッジな変形部分である
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記第二段変形部は、前記リング加締め部材の中心軸と平行な方向に延びるビード状の複数の非エッジな変形部分である
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記リング状加締め部材の中心軸に平行な線を仮に前記リング状加締め部材の周方向に複数存在させたとすると、前記第二段変形部は前記線ごとに一つ生じる非エッジな変形部分である
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記第二段変形部は前記リング状加締め部材の周方向に間隔を有して複数存在する非エッジな変形部分である
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4いずれか記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記筒状金属箔部材は前記金属箔単体によりなるもの、又は、複数の層のうちの一つに前記金属箔を有してなるものである
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。
