Description
ガス化反応器と合成ガス冷却容器とを備えたガス化システムであって、ガス化反応器が、
- 大気圧より高い圧力を維持するための圧力シェルと;
- 圧力シェルの下部に配置されたスラグ槽と;
- 圧力シェルの内部に配置されガス化室を形成するガス化装置壁と、
を備え、運転中はガス化室において合成ガスを生成でき、ガス化装置壁の開放下部がスラグ槽に流体連通しており、ガス化装置壁の開放上端部が連結導管を介して合成ガス冷却容器に流体連通しており;
合成ガス冷却容器が高温合成ガスの入口と、冷却された合成ガスの出口と、使用時に液体の水をガス化反応器において生成された高温合成ガスと直接接触させる手段とを備える、前記ガス化システム。
本発明のガス化反応器又は本発明のシステムにおいて固体炭素系原料の部分酸化により一酸化炭素と水素とを含んだ混合物を製造するため、本発明のガス化反応器を使用するのが適している。このようなプロセスでは、ガス化室内で酸素含有ガスを用いて固体炭素系原料を部分酸化させ、温度が1200〜1800℃、好ましくは1400〜1800℃の上向きに移動するガス混合物を形成する。好ましくは、この混合物は冷却工程において冷却する。別の冷却容器において、このガスを好ましくは500℃未満に更に冷却する。
「ミスト」なる用語は、液体が小さな液滴の形にて注入されることを意味する。液体として水が使用される場合には、好ましくは80%より多くの水、より好ましくは90%より多くの水が液体状態にある。
高温の合成ガスの急冷を促進するために、30〜90m/s、好ましくは40〜60m/sの速度でミストを注入させるのが好ましい。
以下、限定するものではないが例として添付の図面を参照して本発明を詳しく説明する。以下で用いられる同じ参照番号は同様の構造要素を示す。

Claims (15)
- ガス化反応器と合成ガス冷却容器とを備えたガス化システムであって、ガス化反応器が、
- 大気圧より高い圧力を維持するための圧力シェルと;
- 圧力シェルの下部に配置されたスラグ槽と;
- 少なくとも1のバーナーを含む、圧力シェルの内部に配置されガス化室を形成するガス化装置壁と、
を備え、運転中はガス化室において一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素および水素を含む合成ガスを生成でき、ガス化装置壁の開放下部がスラグ槽に流体連通しており、ガス化装置壁の開放上端部が連結導管を介して合成ガス冷却容器に流体連通しており;
前記連結導管内に前記合成ガス中へ液体または気体の冷却媒体を注入するための注入手段が存在し;
合成ガス冷却容器が、使用時に合成ガスの実質的に下向きの流路が生じるように、その上端部で高温合成ガスを受け入れるための入口と、冷却された合成ガスのための出口とを有し、前記入口と出口の間で合成ガスの流路を形成し、かつ水のミストを注入する注入手段が前記下向きの流路中に設けられる;および
前記合成ガス冷却容器が前記合成ガスの流路内に水槽を含む、
前記ガス化システム。 - 前記ガス化室の壁と前記連結導管の壁が冷却手段を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記冷却手段が水冷管の構造を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記冷却手段がメンブレンウォールの形をなしている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス化室が1対又は複数対の部分酸化バーナーを備え、前記バーナーが固体炭素系原料の供給手段と酸素含有ガスの供給手段とを備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 冷却された合成ガスの前記出口が、湿性ガススクラバーの入口に流体連結されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 湿性ガススクラバーのガス出口が水シフトコンバータの入口に流体連結されている、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素および水素を含む合成ガスを請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガス化システムにおいて固体炭素系原料の部分酸化によって製造する方法であって、ガス化室内において、固体炭素系原料を酸素含有ガスにより部分酸化させ、温度が1200〜1800℃で圧力が20〜100バールの上向きに移動するガス混合物を形成し、液体状の冷却媒体を注入することにより連結導管中の前記ガス混合物を500〜900℃の温度に冷却し、次に合成ガス冷却容器中のガスを水と接触させることにより500℃未満に更に冷却し、
水滴のミストをガス流中に注入することにより、前記連結導管及び/又は前記合成ガス冷却容器における前記冷却を実行する、
前記方法。 - 注入される水ミストの温度が高温合成ガスの圧力での水の泡立ち点より最大で50℃低い、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ミストが50〜200μmの直径を有する液滴からなり、かつ前記ミストを30〜100m/sの速度で注入する、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記ミストを40〜60m/sの速度で注入する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ミストを前記ガス化反応器において存在する合成ガスの圧力を少なくとも10バール超える注入圧力で注入する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ミストを前記ガス化反応器において存在する合成ガスの圧力を20〜60バール超える注入圧力で注入する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 合成ガスの圧力より5〜20バール高い注入圧力の霧化ガスを用いて、前記ミストを注入する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記連結導管又は冷却容器の縦軸に垂直な平面に対して30〜60°の角度で前記連結導管又は冷却容器の壁から高温合成ガスの流れの方向に前記ミストを注入する、請求項8に記載の方法。
