Claims (2)
- 手術を行う際に用いるトロカールを構成し内部に切開部材を着脱可能に挿入する円筒状のカニューレであって、
先端部分に円筒の片側が突出した傾斜切口が形成され、
前記傾斜切口の外周面に、前記傾斜切口の突出した側を突出していない側よりも広い幅とした不均一な幅を有し、且つ全周面にわたって円筒の軸心に対し異なるテーパ角度と、円筒の軸心に沿った方向に対応して変化した曲率と、を有するテーパ面が形成されていることを特徴とするカニューレ。 - 請求項1に記載したカニューレを製造するための方法であって、
円筒状素材の端部に円筒の片側が突出した傾斜切口を形成し、
前記傾斜切口の外周面を研削又は研磨する際に研削又は研磨の進行に対応させて研削面又は研磨面に対する円筒の軸心の角度を変化させると共に回転させることで、
傾斜切口の外周面に、前記傾斜切口の突出した側を突出していない側よりも広い幅とした不均一な幅を有し、且つ全周面にわたって円筒の軸心に対し異なるテーパ角度と、円筒の軸心に沿った方向に対応して変化した曲率と、を有するテーパ面を形成することを特徴とするカニューレの製造方法。
