Claims (3)
- 吸気バルブ及び排気バルブの少なくとも一方の開閉弁時期を可変制御するバルブ制御機構が備えられた、圧縮自着火式の多気筒の内燃機関に適用され、
前記内燃機関が備える燃料噴射システムは、
前記内燃機関で燃焼させる燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁へ供給する燃料を蓄圧する蓄圧容器と、
前記蓄圧容器の吐出口から前記燃料噴射弁の噴孔に至るまでの燃料通路に配置され、前記燃料通路内の燃料圧力を検出する燃圧センサと、を有しており、
前記燃圧センサにより検出された燃圧変化に基づき、前記燃料噴射弁が、燃料噴射を停止できない噴き放し異常に陥っていること、及び、前記蓄圧容器及び前記燃料通路の少なくとも一方から燃料が漏れ出る漏れ異常に陥っていることを検出する異常検出手段と、
前記噴き放し異常が検出された場合には、前記吸気バルブ及び前記排気バルブの少なくとも一方を前記内燃機関の圧縮行程中に開弁させるよう、前記バルブ制御機構の作動を制御する圧縮抑制制御手段と、を備え、
前記燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴射させている気筒を噴射気筒、この噴射気筒が燃料を噴射しているときに燃料噴射させていない気筒を非噴射気筒とし、かつ、前記噴射気筒に備えられた燃料噴射弁への前記燃料通路に配置された前記燃圧センサを噴射時燃圧センサ、前記非噴射気筒に備えられた燃料噴射弁への前記燃料通路に配置された前記燃圧センサを非噴射時燃圧センサとした場合において、
前記異常検出手段は、前記噴射時燃圧センサによる検出燃圧が異常に低下し、かつ、前記非噴射時燃圧センサによる検出燃圧の変化が正常である場合に、前記噴き放し異常であると判定して前記噴き放し異常を検出し、前記噴射時燃圧センサによる検出燃圧が異常に低下し、かつ、前記非噴射時燃圧センサによる検出燃圧の変化が異常に低下している場合に、前記漏れ異常であると判定して前記漏れ異常を検出することを特徴とする内燃機関制御装置。 - 前記バルブ制御機構は、前記吸気バルブを開閉駆動させるカム軸の、前記内燃機関の出力軸に対する回転位相を制御することで、前記吸気バルブの開閉弁時期を可変制御する機構であり、
前記圧縮抑制制御手段は、前記噴き放し異常が検出された場合に、前記圧縮行程における前記吸気バルブの閉弁時期を最大限に遅角させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関が備える吸気システムは、電動アクチュエータにより駆動する電動スロットルバルブを有しており、
前記噴き放し異常が検出された場合には、前記電動スロットルバルブを強制的に全閉作動させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関制御装置。
