約470mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価、25℃で約33000センチポイズの粘度、29.9%のバイオベース含有量および約5のヒドロキシル官能価を有する、KOH触媒によるスクロース開始ポリエーテルポリオール。
同時継続の米国特許出願第11/713898号に従って製造された、約45%の植物油含有量、約210mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価、25℃で約132cpsの粘度、および約2の官能価を有する、KOH触媒によるグリセリン/大豆油開始ポリエーテルポリオール(70%PO、30%EO)。
同時継続の米国特許出願第11/713898号に従って製造された、約45%の植物油含有量、約210mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価、25℃で約147cpsの粘度、および約2の官能価を有する、KOH触媒によるグリセリン/大豆油開始ポリエーテルポリオール(100%EO)。
同時継続の米国特許出願第11/713898号に従って製造された、約39%の植物油含有量、約290mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価、25℃で約541cpsの粘度、および約3の官能価を有する、KOH触媒によるスクロース/グリセリン/大豆油開始ポリエーテルポリオール(18%PO、82%EO)。
同時継続の米国特許出願第11/713898号に従って製造された、約39%の植物油含有量、約290mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価、25℃で約549cpsの粘度、および約3の官能価を有する、イミダゾール触媒によるスクロース/グリセリン/大豆油開始ポリエーテルポリオール(18%PO、82%EO)。

Claims (12)
- 硬質ポリイソシアヌレートフォームの製造方法であって、175〜400のイソシアネート指数で、
ポリイソシアネートと、
ポリオールの重量を基準として少なくとも35重量%の天然油を含有し、200〜350のヒドロキシル価、2.0〜3.5のヒドロキシル官能価および25℃で2000cps未満の粘度を有する少なくとも1つの天然油ポリオールとを、
水と、ブタン、ペンタンおよびヘキサンの少なくとも1つの異性体とからなる発泡剤の存在下で
反応させることを含み、得られるフォームは、少なくとも8重量%の再生可能なバイオベース含有量を有する、前記方法。 - ポリイソシアネートは、m−フェニレンジイソシアネート、p−フェニレンジイソシアネート、2,4−トルエンジイソシアネート、2,6−トルエンジイソシアネート、1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、1,4−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、1,3−シクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、1,4−シクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、ヘキサヒドロトルエンジイソシアネートおよびその異性体、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート、1,5−ナフチレンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、2,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ビフェニレンジイソシアネート、3,3’−ジメトキシ−4,4’−ビフェニレンジイソシアネート、3,3’−ジメチル−ジフェニルプロパン−4,4’−ジイソシアネート、2,4,6−トルエントリイソシアネート、4,4’−ジメチル−ジフェニルメタン−2,2’,5,5’−テトライソシアネートおよびポリマージフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(PMDI)からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリイソシアネートは、ポリマージフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(PMDI)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの天然油ポリオールは、ポリオールの重量を基準として少なくとも40重量%の天然油を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの天然油ポリオールは、ポリオールの重量を基準として少なくとも45重量%の天然油を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの天然油ポリオールは、25℃で1000cps未満の粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの天然油ポリオールは、25℃で500cps未満の粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの天然油ポリオールは、25℃で200cps未満の粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 天然油は、菜種油、ヒマシ油、ヤシ油、トウモロコシ油、綿実油、ジャトロファ油、アマニ油、オリーブ油、パーム油、パーム核油、ピーナッツ油、ケシ油、大豆油、ヒマワリ油、トール油、キリ油、獣脂、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 発泡剤は、シクロペンタン、n−ペンタンおよびイソペンタンおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート指数は、250〜350である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート指数は、270〜310である、請求項1に記載の方法。
