Description
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1つの照射源(4)、対物レンズ(10)および少なくとも1つの検出器(12)を有する走査型顕微鏡(100)であって、前記少なくとも1つの照射源(4)と前記対物レンズ(10)との間かつ前記対物レンズ(10)と前記少なくとも1つの検出器(12)との間に光サーキュレータ(14)が配置されることと、前記光サーキュレータ(14)が、前記照射源(4)から供給される光を、検査対象である試料(11)に向けて配置される前記対物レンズ(10)へ伝送し、前記試料(11)から前記検出器(12)まで進めることと、前記光サーキュレータ(14)が、少なくとも1つの照射源(4)用の少なくとも1つの入力(1)と、前記対物レンズ(10)に向けて光を出力するとともに前記対物レンズ(10)から進む光を入力する出入力(2)と、前記少なくとも1つの検出器(12)に光を出力する個別の出力(3)と、を有することと、前記光サーキュレータ(14)が、前記試料から進む光をスペクトルによって内部で分離し、対応する前記検出器(12)に個別に分離したスペクトル成分を伝送することとを特徴とする、走査型顕微鏡(100)。
- 前記光サーキュレータ(14)が、偏光に独立に作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の走査型顕微鏡(100)。
- 光ファイバ(18,20,16)が、前記照射源(4)と前記光サーキュレータ(14)の入力(1)との間、前記対物レンズ(10)と前記光サーキュレータ(14)の出入力(2)との間、前記検出器(12)と前記光サーキュレータ(14)の出力(3)との間に、それぞれ配置される請求項1または2に記載の走査型顕微鏡(100)。
- 少なくとも1つの照射源(4)、対物レンズ(10)および少なくとも1つの検出器(12)を有する共焦点走査型顕微鏡(100)であって、前記少なくとも1つの照射源(4)と前記対物レンズ(10)との間かつ前記対物レンズ(10)と前記少なくとも1つの検出器(12)との間に光サーキュレータ(14)が配置されることと、前記光サーキュレータ(14)が、前記照射源(4)から供給される光を、検査対象である試料(11)に向けて配置される前記対物レンズ(10)へ伝送し、前記試料(11)から前記検出器(12)まで進めることと、前記光サーキュレータ(14)が、少なくとも1つの照射源(4)用の少なくとも1つの入力(1)と、前記対物レンズ(10)に向けて光を出力するとともに前記対物レンズ(10)から進む光を入力する出入力(2)と、前記少なくとも1つの検出器(12)に光を出力する個別の出力(3)と、を有することと、前記光サーキュレータ(14)が、前記試料から進む光をスペクトルによって内部で分離し、対応する前記検出器(12)に個別に分離したスペクトル成分を伝送することとを特徴とし、前記少なくとも1つの検出器(12)の前に配置される検出絞り(23)を有する共焦点走査型顕微鏡(100)。
