Description
a)機構がカルボニル基のアルキル基への水素化の機構である場合には、最初の脂肪酸鎖の炭素原子数に等しい多数の炭素原子、
b)含まれる機構が脱炭酸/脱カルボニル化である場合には、最初の脂肪酸鎖よりも1つ少ない炭素原子を含む炭化水素鎖、
c)ディーゼル燃料についての現行の標準に匹敵する低温時強度特性およびセタン価を得るための調節された炭化水素分枝度
によって特徴付けられる。
それらは、
・低い硫黄、窒素および芳香族化合物の含有量、
・形成された炭化水素の実質的なパラフィン性の構造に起因して優れたセタン価、
・留分のパラフィンの異性化度に起因して良好な低温時強度特性、
・低い密度(一般的には800kg/m3未満);これは、最大845kg/m3であるディーゼル燃料プールについての規格がより容易に得られる限りにおいて有利である;
を有する。
a)水添脱水素化(hydro-dehydrogen)機能を有しかつ無定形担体を含む固定床触媒の存在下、200〜450℃の範囲にわたる温度、1〜10MPaの範囲にわたる圧力、0.1〜10h−1の範囲にわたる毎時空間速度、水素/仕込原料比が150〜750Nm3(水素)/m3(仕込原料)であるような仕込原料と混合された水素全量の存在中での水素化処理段階、
b)段階a)からの流出物から、水の少なくとも一部および少なくとも1種の炭化水素含有ベースを分離する段階、
c)段階b)からの前記炭化水素含有ベースから窒素化合物を除去する段階、
d)固定床水素化異性化選択触媒であって、少なくとも1種の第VIII族金属および/または少なくとも1種の第VIB族金属と、少なくとも1種の一次元10MRゼオライトモレキュラーシーブとを含む触媒の存在下に、段階c)からの前記炭化水素含有ベースの少なくとも一部を水素化異性化する段階であって、150〜500℃の範囲にわたる温度、1〜10MPaの範囲にわたる圧力、0.1〜10h−1の範囲にわたる毎時空間速度で、水素/仕込原料比が70〜1000Nm3/m3(仕込原料)の範囲にわたるように仕込原料と混合された水素の全量の存在中で行われる、段階、
e)段階d)からの流出物から、水素、ガスおよび少なくとも1種のディーゼル燃料ベースを分離する段階
を包含する、方法に関する。
本発明による方法の段階a)において、仕込原料(場合によっては、予備処理されたもの)は、200〜450℃、好ましくは220〜350℃、より好ましくは220〜320℃、最も好ましくは220〜310℃の範囲にわたる温度において不均一系触媒と接触させられる。圧力は、1〜10MPa、好ましくは1〜6MPa、より好ましくは1〜4MPaの範囲にわたる。毎時空間速度は、0.1〜10h−1の範囲にわたる。仕込原料は、水素の存在下に触媒と接触させられる。仕込原料と混合される水素の全量は、水素/仕込原料の比が、150〜750Nm3(水素)/m3(仕込原料)、好ましくは150〜700Nm3(水素)/m3(仕込原料)、より好ましくは150〜650Nm3(水素)/m3(仕込原料)、最も好ましくは150〜600Nm3(水素)/m3(仕込原料)の範囲にわたるようにされ、これは、それ故に、存在する仕込原料に添加された水素の量が、仕込原料に関して少なくとも一般的に水素0.5重量%であることに対応する。
本発明による方法の段階b)において、水素化処理された流出物は、少なくとも1種の炭化水素含有ベースの少なくとも一部、好ましくは全部の水の分離に付され、水は、水素化処理段階a)の間に生じさせられる。
本発明による方法の段階c)によると、段階b)からの前記炭化水素含有ベースは、含有する窒素化合物の除去の段階を経る。
段階c)の終了時に得られた液体炭化水素含有ベースの少なくとも一部が、選択的水素化異性化触媒の存在下に水素化異性化される。本発明による方法の段階d)において用いられる水素化異性化触媒は、有利には、二機能性タイプのものである。すなわち、それらは、水添/脱水素化(hydro/dehydrogenizing)機能および水素化異性化機能を有する。
本発明による方法によると、本発明による方法の段階e)において、水素化異性化された流出物は、少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは全体的に、1回以上の分離に付される。この段階の目的は、液体からガスを分離すること、特に、軽質分、例えばC1−C4留分をも含み得る水素リッチなガスおよび少なくとも1種のディーゼル燃料留分およびナフサ留分を回収することである。ナフサ留分の品質を向上させることは、本発明の目的ではないが、この留分は、有利には、水蒸気分解または接触改質プラントに送られ得る。
段階e)において分離された水素を含有するガスは、必要であれば、少なくとも部分的に、その軽質分(C1−C4)の比率を低減させるように処理される。
この方法によって提供される生成物は、優れた特徴を呈し、したがって、それは、優れた品質のディーゼル燃料ベースである:
・その硫黄含有量は、10重量ppm未満である。
段階a)水素化処理
反応器中に、170g/hの予備精製された密度920kg/m3のセイヨウアブラナ油が導入された。反応器は、等温操作を提供するために温度が制御されるものであり、ニッケルおよびモリブデンをベースとし、3重量%に等しい酸化ニッケル含有量、16重量%に等しい酸化モリブデン含有量および6%に等しいP2O5含有量を有する水素化処理触媒190mLを充填した固定床を備え、該触媒は、事前に硫化されたものである。セイヨウアブラナ油は、10重量ppm未満の硫黄含有量を有し、セタン価が35であり、その組成が以降に与えられているものである。
段階a)からの水素化処理された流出物の全てが、デカンテーション段階に付され、水素化処理の段階の間に生じた水が除去される。
段階b)からの水素化処理されかつデカントされた流出物の全てが、以下の操作条件下にAmberlyst社によって製造されたAmberlyst (登録商標)35Dry イオン交換樹脂を含有する固定床反応器に送られる:
− 仕込原料の流量:150g/h
− Amberlyst (登録商標)35Dryの質量:100g
− 操作圧力:50バール
− 温度:100℃

水素化異性化触媒は、貴金属およびZBM−30一次元10MRゼオライトを含有する触媒である。この触媒は、以降に記載される操作方法に従って得られる。ZBM−30ゼオライトは、トリエチレンテトラミン有機構造化剤を用いるBASF特許EP-A-46,504に従って合成される。粗合成ZBM−30ゼオライトは、乾燥空気流中12時間にわたって550℃での焼成に付される。こうして得られたH−ZBM−30ゼオライト(酸型)のSi/Al比は45である。ゼオライトは、Condea-Sasol社によって提供されたSB3タイプのアルミナゲルと混合される。混合されたペースト状物は、次いで、1.4mm径のダイを通じて押し出される。こうして得られた押出物は、500℃で2時間にわたって空気流中で焼成される。H−ZBM−30の重量比率は20重量%である。担体押出物は、その後、白金塩Pt(NH3)4Cl2およびPd(NH3)4Cl2の水溶液による乾式含浸の段階に付され、24時間にわたって周囲温度で水熟成装置中に熟成のため放置され、次いで、乾燥空気下2時間にわたって通過床(traversed bed)において500℃で焼成される(昇温工程5℃/分)。焼成後の最終触媒における白金およびパラジウムの重量比率は、それぞれ、0.80%および0.29%である。
流出物は、水素化異性化反応器において以下の操作条件下に、廃棄水素流中触媒C1により水素化異性化される:
・毎時空間速度(仕込原料の容積/触媒の容積/時間)=1.5h−1
・全操作圧力:50バール
・水素/仕込原料の比:1000標準リットル/リットル
温度は、水素化異性化の際の150℃+フラクションの150℃−フラクションへの転化が10重量%未満であるように調節される。試験前に、触媒は、以下の操作条件下に還元段階を経る:
・水素流量:毎時および触媒の容積(L)当たり1600標準リットル
・周囲温度上昇120℃:10℃/分
・120℃での1時間の工程
・5℃/分での120℃から450℃への昇温
・450℃での2時間の工程
・圧力:1バール。
実施例1の仕込原料と同じ仕込原料が、実施例1と同一の操作条件下に操作し同一の触媒を用いる水素化処理段階a)を含む方法において用いられる。実施例1におけるのと同一の水分離b)および窒素化合物除去c)の段階が同一の条件下に行われ、液体の炭化水素含有ベースが回収され、これは、続いて、実施例1の段階c)と同一の操作条件下に操作するが、異なる水素化異性化触媒を用いる水素化異性化段階d)に付される。
Claims (9)
- 再生可能な源からの仕込原料を処理する方法であって、
a)水添脱水素化機能を有し、かつ無定形担体を含む固定床触媒の存在下に、200〜450℃の範囲にわたる温度、1〜10MPaの範囲にわたる圧力、0.1〜10h−1の範囲にわたる毎時空間速度で、水素/仕込原料の比が150〜750Nm3(水素)/m3(仕込原料)の範囲にわたるように仕込原料と混合された水素の総量の存在下に水素化処理する段階、
b)段階a)からの流出物から、水の少なくとも一部および少なくとも1種の炭化水素含有ベースを分離する段階、
c)段階b)からの前記炭化水素含有ベースから窒素化合物を除去する段階、
d)固定床水素化異性化選択的触媒の存在下に、段階c)からの前記炭化水素含有ベースの少なくとも一部を水素化異性化する段階であって、該触媒は、少なくとも1種の第VIII族金属および/または少なくとも1種の第VIB族金属と、ゼオライトモレキュラーシーブZSM−48およびZBM−30の中から選択される少なくとも1種の一次元10MRゼオライトモレキュラーシーブとを含み、該段階は、150〜500℃の範囲にわたる温度、1〜10MPaの範囲にわたる圧力、0.1〜10h−1の範囲にわたる毎時空間速度で、水素/仕込原料の比が70〜1000Nm3/m3(仕込原料)の範囲にわたるように仕込原料と混合された水素の総量の存在下に行われる、段階、
e)段階d)からの流出物から、水素、ガスおよび少なくとも1種のディーゼル燃料ベースを分離する段階、
を包含する方法。 - 段階a)は、水素/仕込原料の比が150〜650Nm3(水素)/m3(仕込原料)の範囲にわたるように仕込原料と混合された水素の総量の存在下に操作する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 段階a)は、水素/仕込原料の比が150〜600Nm3(水素)/m3(仕込原料)の範囲にわたるように仕込原料と混合された水素の総量の存在下に操作する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 段階c)は、イオン交換樹脂により行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記一次元10MRゼオライトモレキュラーシーブは、ZBM−30である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記一次元10MRゼオライトモレキュラーシーブは、トリエチレンテトラミン有機構造化剤を用いて合成されたZBM−30である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化異性化触媒は、少なくとも1種の第VIII族貴金属または少なくとも1種の第VIB族金属のいずれかを、少なくとも1種の第VIII族非貴金属と組み合わせて含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記水素化異性化触媒は、白金およびパラジウムを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 仕込原料は、トリグリセリドおよび脂肪酸またはエステルを本質的に含有し、6〜25個の範囲にわたる多数の炭素原子を有する炭化水素脂肪鎖を有する植物油および動物脂肪の全部からなり、前記油は、パーム、パームナッツ、コプラ、ヒマシおよび綿油、ピーナッツ、亜麻仁、ハマナおよびジャトロファの油、遺伝子改変またはハイブリダイゼーションを経たヒマワリまたはセイヨウアブラナに由来する全ての油、並びに、藻類油、廃棄台所油または動物油であり得る、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
