Description
一部の実施形態において、弾性率比E800/E25は、≦0.99、≦0.98、≦0.97、≦0.96、およびさらには≦0.95である。E800の値は、加熱後すぐに測定される場合の800℃での弾性率であり、E25の値は、加熱に先立って室温付近で測定される場合の弾性率であり、共に、音響共振技術を用いて測定される場合の値である。E800/E25の低い値は、低度の微小亀裂に対応することが見出された(図3参照)。
Claims (5)
- 主要コージェライトセラミック相および前記セラミックの微細構造内に含まれる少なくとも0.1重量%の酸化ランタンを含むセラミック体であって、前記セラミック体は、25℃(室温)での4点ビーム曲げ破壊係数MOR;25℃にて音響共振技術により測定される室温弾性率E;および℃−1を単位とする200℃〜1000℃の熱膨張係数CTE200−1000を示し、前記セラミック体は、比MOR/Eにより定義される無次元歪み許容度およびTSL200=200℃+(MOR/E)/CTE200−1000により定義される耐熱衝撃性によって特徴付けられ、前記セラミック体は、室温に次いで少なくとも25時間にわたって800℃〜1100℃の範囲の温度を伴う環境に曝露されることを含む熱処理に供された後に、MOR/E>0.12×10−2およびTSL200≧900℃を示し、該セラミック体中のFe 2 O 3 の量が1.0重量%以下であり、室温での、熱処理前の焼成したままのセラミック体は、Nb 3 ≦0.08を示し、さらに該セラミック体は、水銀ポロシメトリーにより測定した場合に50%以上の総気孔率を有する、セラミック体。
- 前記熱処理が、前記セラミック体を、少なくとも80時間にわたって950℃の温度を伴う環境に曝露すること、または少なくとも80時間にわたって1100℃の温度を伴う環境に曝露すること、または少なくとも20時間にわたって800℃と900℃との間の温度および少なくとも5時間にわたって900℃と1000℃との間の温度および少なくとも2時間にわたって1000℃と1100℃との間の温度を伴う環境に曝露することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセラミック体。
- 前記セラミック体が、熱処理後にMOR/E≧0.16×10−2またはTSL200≧1000℃を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセラミック体。
- 前記セラミック体が、室温に次いで少なくとも80時間にわたって1100℃の温度を伴う環境に供された後に、MOR/E≧0.12×10−2およびTSL200≧900℃を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセラミック体。
- 前記セラミック体が、0.60重量%以下のFe2O3および0.10重量%以上のCaOを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセラミック体。
