Description
Claims (11)
- 容器と、1つまたは2つ以上の熱交換ゾーンと、1つまたは2つ以上の混合ゾーンと、前記熱交換ゾーンを前記混合ゾーンから分離する少なくとも1つの分離部材と、を有し、前記分離部材の伝導性によって前記熱交換ゾーンと前記混合ゾーンの間を熱が移動する熱交換型反応器であって、
1つまたは2つ以上の流れ方向付け装置をさらに備え、
前記流れ方向付け装置は、1本または2本以上のチューブ、1本または2本以上のパイプ、またはこれらの組み合わせであり、1つまたは2つ以上の、流体用のポートを有し、前記流れ方向付け装置は前記1つまたは2つ以上の混合ゾーンの中に挿入されており、前記パイプまたは前記チューブは、該パイプまたは該チューブに沿って配置され該パイプまたは該チューブの位置を前記混合ゾーン内で動かないようにする複数の定置部材を有している、熱交換型反応器。 - 前記1つまたは2つ以上の混合ゾーンは1つまたは2つ以上のスタティックミキサーを有する、請求項1に記載の熱交換型反応器。
- 前記流れ方向付け装置は、流体用のポートを有する1本または2本以上のチューブであり、該チューブは該チューブを前記熱交換型反応器の中へ容易に挿入するための螺旋状チューブに取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換型反応器。
- 前記流れ方向付け装置は、流体用のポートを有する1本または2本以上のチューブであり、該チューブは、流体用の孔を有する1つまたは2つ以上の流体シートチャンバと組み合わされた螺旋状チューブに取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換型反応器。
- 前記流体用のポートは、1つまたは2つ以上のノズル、1つまたは2つ以上のジェットノズル、1つまたは2つ以上の噴霧器、1つまたは2つ以上のスプリンクラ、流体用の孔を有する1つまたは2つ以上のポート、穴もしくはスロットが形成された微細分散システムを有する1つまたは2つ以上のポート、またはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の熱交換型反応器。
- 前記熱交換ゾーンは螺旋形熱交換器である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の熱交換型反応器。
- 前記熱交換ゾーンはプレート形熱交換器である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の熱交換型反応器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの分離部材は、プレート、壁、または螺旋状シートから選択される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の熱交換型反応器。
- 前記流体用のポートはノズルまたはジェットノズルである、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の熱交換型反応器。
- すべての前記流体用のポートは同一であるか、あるいはすべての前記流体用のポートは、ノズル、ジェットノズル、噴射ポート、スプリンクラ、噴霧器から成る群から選択される互いに異なるポートである、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の熱交換型反応器。
- 前記流体用のポートは、前記パイプまたは前記チューブ上に間隔を置いて配置される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の熱交換型反応器。
