Claims (11)
- アルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属のうち少なくとも1種類を含むガラスからなる光学素子の製造方法であって、
プレス成形法により前記光学素子の非球面を形成する工程と、
ゾル−ゲル法により前記非球面上にアルミニウム又は酸化アルミニウムを含む皮膜を形成する工程と、
前記皮膜を40℃以上100℃以下の温水に浸漬することにより、平均ピッチが400nm以下の微細凹凸構造を含む反射防止構造体を前記非球面上に形成する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする光学素子の製造方法。 - 前記非球面は、半開角が30°以上の部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記光学素子は、ガラス転移点が300℃以上620℃以下のガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記光学素子は、屈折率が1.51以上1.95以下のガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記光学素子は負メニスカスレンズであり、前記反射防止構造体が前記負メニスカスレンズの凹面上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記負メニスカスレンズの凹面は、有効径が37.29mmの非球面であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記負メニスカスレンズの凹面は、有効径が32.69mmの非球面であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記光学素子は、屈折率が1.58、屈折率分散が59.4、ガラス転移点が506℃、のガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記光学素子は、屈折率が1.854、屈折率分散が40.4、ガラス転移点が614℃、のガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5、又は請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記非球面の半開角の最大値は53.4°であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記非球面の半開角の最大値は59.5°であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
