Description
Claims (6)
- 軸方向周期振動の発生器を備えるドリルヘッド(1)であって、
前記ヘッド(1)をモータに結合させるための装着部(2)を備え、前記モータが、軸の周りでの前記装着部の回転を駆動し、前記装着部(2)が、前記モータの回転軸と一致する長手方向軸(5)を有し、
さらに、工具ホルダ(3)と、前記工具ホルダ(3)を前記装着部(2)から懸架し、軸方向運動を可能にするための弾性変形可能な懸架手段と、前記装着部(2)の前記長手方向軸(5)に沿って前記装着部(2)内で前記工具ホルダ(3)を案内するためのガイド手段とを備え、
さらに、前記装着部(2)と前記工具ホルダ(3)の間に挿間された、前記軸(5)の方向の往復運動の制御式発生器(8)を備えるドリルヘッド(1)において、
往復軸方向運動の前記発生機(8)が管状であり、予荷重を伴わない圧電タイプであり、その端部の一方で前記工具ホルダ装着部(2)を押すこと、及び
ドリルヘッド(1)が、前記発生器(8)内部で前記装着部(2)と前記工具ホルダ(3)の間にある摺動ピボット(20)と、各端部でそれぞれ前記装着部(2)及び前記工具ホルダ(3)に固定された高いねじれ剛性を有する軸方向弾性外側スリーブ(22)と、所定の軸方向剛性及び低い曲げ剛性を有する環状シム(25)とを備え、前記環状シム(25)を介して、前記工具ホルダ(3)が、前記発生器(8)の端部を軸方向に押して、軸方向運動を伝達できるようにしながら、前記発生器(8)に悪影響を及ぼす応力を減少させること
を特徴とする、ドリルヘッド(1)。 - 前記外側スリーブ(22)と前記環状シム(25)が、前記発生器(8)に軸方向予荷重を加える手段を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドリルヘッド。
- 前記発生器(8)の内部で前記装着部(2)と前記工具ホルダ(3)の間にあり、前記工具ホルダ(3)と前記装着部(2)の間でねじれモーメントの伝達を可能にするガイドウェイ(20)と、各端部でそれぞれ前記装着部(2)及び前記工具ホルダ(3)に固定された軸方向弾性外側スリーブ(22)と、所定の軸方向剛性及び低い曲げ剛性を有する環状シム(25)とを備え、前記環状シム(25)を介して、前記工具ホルダ(3)が、前記発生器(8)の端部を軸方向に押して、軸方向運動を伝達できるようにしながら、前記発生器(8)に悪影響を及ぼす応力を減少させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸方向周期振動の発生器を備えるドリルヘッド(1)。
- 前記発生器(8)の内部で前記装着部(2)と前記工具ホルダ(3)の間にある摺動ピボット(20)と、各端部でそれぞれ前記装着部(2)及び前記工具ホルダ(3)に固定された高いねじれ剛性を有する軸方向弾性外側スリーブ(22)であって、前記装着部(2)と前記工具ホルダ(3)の間に固定された、半径方向荷重を伝達することができる少なくとも1つの偏平要素(26、27)を平行に備える外側スリーブ(22)と、所定の軸方向剛性及び低い曲げ剛性を有する環状シム(25)とを備え、前記環状シム(25)を介して、前記工具ホルダ(3)が、前記発生器(8)の端部を軸方向に押すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸方向周期振動の発生器を備えるドリルヘッド(1)。
- 各端部でそれぞれ前記装着部(2)及び前記工具ホルダ(3)に固定された高いねじれ剛性を有する軸方向弾性外側スリーブ(22)を備え、前記外側スリーブ(22)が、前記装着部(2)と前記工具ホルダ(3)の間に固定された、平行に取り付けられて半径方向荷重を伝達することができる2つの偏平要素(26、27)を備え、それにより可撓性要素と共に軸方向ガイドを形成し、ドリルヘッド(1)がさらに、所定の軸方向剛性及び低い曲げ剛性を有する環状シム(25)を備え、前記環状シム(25)を介して、前記工具ホルダ(3)が、前記発生器(8)の端部を軸方向に押し、軸方向運動を伝達できるようにしながら、前記発生器(8)に悪影響を及ぼす応力を減少させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸方向周期振動の発生器を備えるドリルヘッド(1)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(8)が、機械加工中に前記ドリルビットによって被削材に軸方向で加えられる力を感知するセンサ(21)を担持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドリルヘッド。
