Description
図1に示す本発明によるギアモータのモータは、6つの広幅歯(2〜7)および6つの狭幅歯(8〜13)を与える固定子(1)と、径方向において交互の向きに磁化されたN対の極(A1〜A10)を与える回転子(14)と、を備える。固定子(1)は、最良のトルク定数を保証する12歯構造を有し、広幅歯(2〜7)および狭幅歯(8〜13)を用い、極の幅を適切に選択することによって、残留のトルクが非常に低いことを保証する
。広幅歯(2〜7)と狭幅歯(8〜13)との間の幅の比は、ほぼ4である。
Claims (5)
- ギアモータであって、電気的なコイルに励起される固定子部分と、径方向において交互の向きに磁化されたN対の極を有する回転子とによって形成された多相電気モータを備え、前記固定子部分はそれぞれ半径R1、R2を有する2つの扇形部アルファ−1、アルファ−2を備え、環状のクラウン部から径方向に延びる広幅歯および狭幅歯を備え、広幅歯は狭幅歯の幅の2倍以上の幅を有することと、ノッチの幅は狭幅歯の幅より大きいことと、扇形部アルファ−1は220°未満であり、全てのコイルを含むことと、比R1/R2は1.2〜2の範囲であることと、を特徴とするギアモータ。
- 前記電気モータは三相であり、前記固定子部分は3つ以上の電気コイルによって作動される、請求項1に記載のギアモータ。
- Nは5および7のいずれかに等しく、前記モータの固定子部分は6つの広幅歯および6つの狭幅歯を与え、互いから60°に配置された3つのコイルによって作動される、請求項1または2に記載のギアモータ。
- 扇形部アルファ2に配置されており、位置を検出するとともに回転子の前面の末端に作用するための素子を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のギアモータ。
- 第1の減速ステージの歯車はコイルの高さに含まれる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のギアモータ。
