上記と同様の操作を行い、計3ロットのオリーブ果実エキスを製造した。
以下に製造した3ロットの定量結果を纏めた表を記載した。
尚、ポリフェノール量(総量)の測定は、フォリン−チオカルト法を用い、オレウロペイン、ヒドロキシチロソール及びチロソール量はHPLC法により決定した。
