Description
挿入物用の少なくとも1つのハウジングが上面を有する金属体に機械加工され、
金属が被覆されたセラミック繊維から形成された少なくとも1つの挿入物がハウジング内に置かれ、
挿入物はカバーで被覆され、
挿入物のまわりの間隙空間で真空が生成され、前記空間は真空下で密閉され、
アセンブリ、すなわちカバーを備えた金属体は熱間等方圧加圧によって処理され、
前記処理されたアセンブリは前記部品を得るために機械加工される。
例えば、チタン合金からなる金属体10が、少なくとも1つの上平面を備えて準備される、
少なくとも1つの開口したスロット10Aが、上または下面10B上で機械加工される。この操作は、スロットの深さおよび幅のみが考慮される必要があるので比較的簡単である、
被覆された直線状繊維の集められた束から形成された挿入物11は、スロット内に置かれる、
ブロック状の要素12は、所定位置に置かれる。ブロック12がスロット内に容易に置かれることができるように、ブロック状の要素およびスロットの寸法が決まる。
Claims (9)
- セラミック繊維で強化された金属部品を製造する方法であって、
挿入物用の少なくとも1つのハウジング(10A)が上面(10B)を有する金属体(10)に機械加工され、
金属が被覆されたセラミック繊維から形成された少なくとも1つの挿入物(11)がハウジング内に置かれ、
挿入物がカバーで被覆され、
ハウジング内の挿入物のまわりの間隙空間に真空が生成されて、該間隙空間が真空下で密閉され
アセンブリ、すなわちカバーを備えた金属体が熱間等方圧加圧によって処理され、
前記処理されたアセンブリの外形が前記部品を得るために機械加工され、
カバーが、ハウジング内の挿入物(11)を被覆するとともに上面から突出する要素(12)と、前記要素(12)を備えた金属体の上面を被覆するシート(14)とを含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 挿入物(11)が細長い形状であり、金属体中の挿入物用のハウジングが対応する形状のスロットである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 挿入物が直線形状であり、ハウジング内の挿入物を被覆する要素がブロック状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ハウジング(10A)が、挿入物用の第1のハウジング部分(10A1)と、第1の部分(10A1)を延長する少なくとも1つの第2の部分(10A2、10A3)とを有し、ブロック状の要素(12)が、挿入物を被覆する中央ブランチ(12A1)と、ハウジング(10A)の第2の部分(10A2、10A3)に対応する形状の延長部(12A2、12A3)とを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ブロック状の要素(12)が、中央ブランチ(12A1)と延長部(12A2、12A3)との間に変形域(12A2’、12A3’)を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 挿入物(11)が、多角形断面あるいは楕円形または円形断面を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 挿入物が、束に集められた、金属が被覆された繊維から形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記間隙空間が、金属シートと金属体の間の溶接ビード(15)によって密閉される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも第2の挿入物が金属体内に置かれる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
