であるから、ゴーストの原因となり得る回折光のうち、例えば一次から四次までの回折光を破線df1〜df4で示すと、赤色光軸Pr(0次回折光と一致)と一次回折光df1,二次回折光df2、三次回折光df3,四次回折光df4との間のそれぞれの回折角β1,β2,β3,β4の値は、順に4.51°、9.05°、13.65°、18.34となる。なお、図中の角αは、光軸Pに直交する面に対する赤反射ダイクロイック膜の倒れ角を示し、この例では13.25°となっている。

Claims (3)
- 対物レンズの光軸に垂直な入射面を有し、前記入射面から入射した被写体光のうち第一成分色光を反射し第二及び第三成分色光を透過する第一ダイクロイック膜が一面に形成され、前記第一ダイクロイック膜で反射された第一成分色光を第一イメージセンサに出射する第一プリズムと、前記第一ダイクロイック膜を透過した色光が入射する入射面を有し、この入射面から入射した色光のうち第二成分色光を反射し第三成分色光を透過する第二ダイクロイック膜が一面に形成され、前記第二ダイクロイック膜で反射された第二成分色光を内面全反射させた後に第二イメージセンサに出射する第二プリズムと、前記第二ダイクロイック膜を透過した第三成分色光を第三イメージセンサに出射する第三プリズムとを備えた色分解光学系において、
前記対物レンズの光軸と直交する面に対する前記第二ダイクロイック膜の倒れ角をα、 前記第二イメージセンサの撮像面で回折して反射される前記第二成分色光の回折角をβmとしたとき、α≒(βm+βm+1)/2が満たされることを特徴とする色分解光学系。
ただし、λを前記第二成分色光の基準波長、dを第二イメージセンサの画素ピッチ、nを第二プリズムの屈折率、mを自然数としたとき、前記回折角βmは、
d・n・sin(βm)=m・λ
を満たす。 - 前記第一成分色光が青色光または赤色光の一方であり、前記第二成分色光が青色光または赤色光の他方であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の色分解光学系。
- 前記第一ダイクロイック膜が形成された第一プリズムの一面と、前記第二プリズムの入射面との間にエアーギャップを設けたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の色分解光学系。
