Claims (12)
- 食用に適した液体、かんきつ類の果実繊維および疎水性ビタミンを含み、該かんきつ類の果実繊維が、全食物繊維含有率(乾燥重量)60〜85wt%および水結合能7〜25(w/w)を有しており、かんきつ類の果実繊維対疎水性ビタミンの重量比が1:0.1〜1:4である液体組成物。
- 疎水性ビタミンが、ビタミンA,D,E,Kおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の液体組成物。
- 疎水性ビタミンがビタミンEであることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の液体組成物。
- 食用に適した液体が、水または水混和性の液体から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の液体組成物。
- かんきつ類の果実繊維が、全食物繊維含有率(乾燥重量)60〜80wt%および水結合能7〜12(w/w)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一に記載の液体組成物。
- かんきつ類の果実繊維がタンパク質8〜12%(w/w)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一に記載の液体組成物。
- かんきつ類の果実繊維が、オレンジ,タンジェリン,ライム,レモンおよびグレープフルーツからなる群より選択されるかんきつ類の果実から得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一に記載の液体組成物。
- 食用に適した添加剤を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一に記載の液体組成物。
- かんきつ類繊維が、食用に適した液体に加える前に、乾燥形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一に記載の液体組成物。
- 請求項1記載の液体組成物の製造方法であって、下記:
a.乾燥したかんきつ類の果実繊維を食用に適した液体に加えて液体混合物を形成し、該かんきつ類の果実繊維は、全食物繊維含有率(乾燥重量)60〜85wt%および水結合能7〜25(w/w)を有しており、
b.疎水性ビタミンを液体混合物にかんきつ類の果実繊維対疎水性ビタミンの重量比1:0.1〜1:4で加え、
c.液体混合物を機械的に処理する
ことを含む、液体組成物の製造方法。 - 食品用途、飼料用途または化粧品における、請求項1〜9のいずれか一に記載の組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一に記載の液体組成物を含む飲料。
