Claims (10)
- 水素、一酸化炭素、硫化カルボニル、二硫化炭素、金属カルボニル化合物、硫化水素及びシアン化水素、アンモニア、並びに砒素及び塩素化合物を含む供給ガスから硫化カルボニル、二硫化炭素、金属カルボニル化合物、硫化水素及びシアン化水素、アンモニア、並びに砒素及び塩素化合物を減少させるための方法であって、
前記ガスを、活性炭を含む第一の精製剤、アルミナを含む第二の精製剤、酸化亜鉛を含む第三の精製剤、ゼオライト材料を含む第四の精製剤、並びに酸化亜鉛及び酸化銅を含む第五の精製剤に連続的に接触させるステップを含み、第二の精製剤が、炭酸カリウムをさらに含む前記方法。 - 第三の精製剤が、酸化銅をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第四の精製剤が、酸性ゼオライトから成る請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第五の精製剤が、アルミナをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一の精製剤に前記ガスを接触させる前に、化学的又は物理的溶媒による洗浄ステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 混入物質を水素、一酸化炭素、硫化カルボニル、二硫化炭素、金属カルボニル化合物、硫化水素及びシアン化水素、アンモニア、並びに砒素及び塩素化合物を含む合成ガスから減少させるためのシステムであって、
混入物質が硫化カルボニル、二硫化炭素、金属カルボニル化合物、硫化水素及びシアン化水素、アンモニア、並びに砒素及び塩素化合物であり、
活性炭を含む精製剤を有する第一の床、アルミナを含む精製剤を有する第二の床、酸化亜鉛を含む精製剤を有する第三の床、ゼオライト材料を含む精製剤を有する第四の床、並びに、酸化亜鉛及び酸化銅を含む精製剤を有する第五の床を連続的に含み、
第二の精製剤が、炭酸カリウムをさらに含む前記システム。 - 第三の精製剤が、酸化銅をさらに含む請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 第四の精製剤が、酸性ゼオライトから成る請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 第五の精製剤が、アルミナをさらに含む請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも第一、三及び四床が、それぞれ二つの並列の床として配列されている、請求項6〜9の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
