Claims (6)
- 凹面形冷却流路を有する前縁(10)を含むタービン翼形部であって、前記凹面形冷却流路の前端(14)が該流路を隣接する領域(16,18)に分割しており、前記タービン翼形部が、前記隣接する領域の一方内に配置された第1の複数のタービュレータ(20)と、前記隣接する領域の他方内に配置された第2の複数のタービュレータ(20)とを含んでいて、第1及び第2の複数のタービュレータ(20)が前記前端(14)の両側で冷却流の方向に対して鈍角をなしており、第1の複数のタービュレータ(20)及び第2の複数のタービュレータ(20)の一方が他方よりも前端(14)に近接しており、第1及び第2の複数のタービュレータが、前記前端に沿って再結合される対向旋回ストリームとして冷却流を分流させかつ所望の熱伝達及び圧力損失を生じさせるように互いに対して配置され、第1及び第2の複数のタービュレータ(20)が、破断及び互い違いシェブロン構成として配置されている、タービン翼形部。
- 前記鈍角が120°〜150°の範囲にある、請求項1記載のタービン翼形部。
- 前記鈍角が135°である、請求項2記載のタービン翼形部。
- 第1及び第2の複数のタービュレータ(20)が、前記冷却流を分流させかつ前記所望の熱伝達及び圧力損失を生じさせるような寸法及び形状である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼形部。
- 前記凹面形冷却流路並びに第1及び第2の複数のタービュレータ(20)が鋳造可能である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼形部。
- 前記凹面形冷却流路が半円形である、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼形部。
