Description
油圧駆動の摩擦係合要素の係合状態を切り替えることにより変速段を変更する自動変速機における該摩擦係合要素の油圧サーボに供給する油圧を制御する油圧制御装置であって、
油圧を発生させるポンプと、
ノーマルオープン型のソレノイドを有し、前記ポンプからの油圧を調圧してライン圧を生成する第1の調圧機構と、
ノーマルクローズ型のソレノイドを有し、前記ライン圧を入力し調圧して出力する第2の調圧機構と、
ノーマルクローズ型のソレノイドを有し、信号圧を出力する信号圧出力機構と、
前記各機構の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路とに接続され、少なくとも前記信号圧出力機構からの信号圧を入力可能な信号圧入力用の油路を有し、前記信号圧入力用の油路に信号圧が入力されていないときには前記第1の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間を連通すると共に前記第2の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間の連通を遮断し、前記信号圧入力用の油路に信号圧が入力されているときには前記第1の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間の連通を遮断すると共に前記第2の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間を連通する切替機構と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
Claims (3)
- 油圧駆動の摩擦係合要素の係合状態を切り替えることにより変速段を変更する自動変速機における該摩擦係合要素の油圧サーボに供給する油圧を制御する油圧制御装置であって、
油圧を発生させるポンプと、
ノーマルオープン型のソレノイドを有し、前記ポンプからの油圧を調圧してライン圧を生成する第1の調圧機構と、
ノーマルクローズ型のソレノイドを有し、前記ライン圧を入力し調圧して出力する第2の調圧機構と、
ノーマルクローズ型のソレノイドを有し、信号圧を出力する信号圧出力機構と、
前記各機構の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路とに接続され、少なくとも前記信号圧出力機構からの信号圧を入力可能な信号圧入力用の油路を有し、前記信号圧入力用の油路に信号圧が入力されていないときには前記第1の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間を連通すると共に前記第2の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間の連通を遮断し、前記信号圧入力用の油路に信号圧が入力されているときには前記第1の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間の連通を遮断すると共に前記第2の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間を連通する切替機構と、
を備える油圧制御装置。 - 前記切替機構は、信号圧入力用の油路を有し前記第1の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間を連通すると共に前記第2の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間の連通を遮断する状態と前記第1の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間の連通を遮断すると共に前記第2の調圧機構側の油路と前記油圧サーボ側の油路との間を連通する状態とを切り替える第1の切替バルブと、前記第2の調圧機構側の油路に接続された信号圧入力用の油路を有し該第2の調圧機構からの信号圧が入力されているときには前記第1の調圧機構側の油路と前記第1の切替バルブの信号圧入力用の油路とを連通し、前記第2の調圧機構からの信号圧が入力されていないときには前記第1の調圧機構側の油路と前記第1の切替バルブの信号圧入力用の油路との連通を遮断すると共に前記信号出力機構側の油路と前記第1の切替バルブの信号圧入力用の油路とを連通する第2の切替バルブとを備える機構である請求項1記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記切替機構のソレノイドは、専用のソレノイドである請求項1または2記載の油圧制御装置。
