図1は本発明の一実施例を示す、容器の全体斜視図、図2は容器の全体正面図、図3は蓋部および注出口の断面正面図、図4は蓋部の平面図、図5は蓋部を折って剥離させたことを示す容器の正面図、図6は注出口に蓋部をリクローズさせた注出口および蓋部の正面断面図である。

Claims (6)
- 内容物を収容する本体と、
外側筒部および内側取付部からなり、前記内側取付部が前記本体に取付けられた、前記内容物の注出口と、
前記注出口と一体成形された組合体であって、前記外側筒部の上端部に連結し、初期開封の際に薄肉部が破断することで前記注出口から剥離可能とされた蓋部と
からなる容器において、
前記蓋部は、前記注出口に連通する、前記内容物を充填可能とした貫通穴を備えるとともに、前記貫通穴を閉塞手段により封止して、前記内容物を密封し、
前記薄肉部は、前記注出口の上端である飲口より下方位置に、内方に向けて突出させて設けることを特徴とする容器。 - 前記下方位置は、前記飲口から下方に0.1mm〜1.0mmとすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記注出口および前記蓋部を、バリア性部材で覆設することを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記バリア性部材は、前記注出口の内側取付部近傍の両側端に、ノッチを備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の容器。
- 前記蓋部の上端部から前記ノッチ近傍までの前記注出口の両側方に、補助シール部を設けることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の容器。
- 前記補助シール部と、前記注出口との間に、前記ノッチに連結する前記バリア性部材の破断誘導路を設けることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の容器。
