Description
本実施形態のバッテリ装置は、二次電池101と、放電制御用PchFET102と、充電制御用PchFET103と、負荷104または充電器105が接続される外部端子106及び107と、抵抗108と、自動復帰回路111と、コンパレータ112と、温度センサ回路113と、充放電制御回路114と、0V充電制御回路115と、NMOSトランジスタ116とダイオード117とを備えている。
外部端子106と107の間に重負荷が接続されると、充放電制御回路114が過電流を検出して、過電流保護機能が動作して放電制御用PchFET102をオフさせる。過電流検出端子123の電圧は0V近辺まで低下する。自動復帰回路111は、重負荷が取り除かれた時の自動復帰に備えて動作し、過電流検出端子123に電流を流す。その後、重負荷が取り除かれると過電流検出端子123の電圧は徐々に上昇していく。この時、コンパレータ112には非反転入力端子に正のわずかなオフセットをもたせてあるため、出力はLレベルの信号を出力し温度センサ回路113の回路動作を止めている。そして、充放電制御回路114は重負荷が取り除かれたことを検知して放電制御用PchFET102をオンさせる。こうして過電流検出端子123の電圧は二次電池101の正極と同じ電圧になる。

Claims (4)
- 二次電池の状態を検出および制御する充放電制御回路と、自動復帰回路と、温度センサ回路と、を備えるバッテリ状態監視回路であって、
前記自動復帰回路の出力端子の電圧と前記二次電池の電圧を比較し、その比較結果の信号を前記温度センサ回路に出力し、前記温度センサ回路の動作を制御するコンパレータを備える事を特徴とするバッテリ状態監視回路 - 二次電池の状態を検出および制御する充放電制御回路と、自動復帰回路と、温度センサ回路と、0V充電制御回路と、放電制御出力端子と、充電制御出力端子と、過電流検出端子と、ゲートが前記0V充電制御回路の出力に接続され、ソースが二次電池の負極に接続され、ドレインが前記充電制御出力端子に接続されたNチャネル型トランジスタと、を備えるバッテリ状態監視回路であって、
前記自動復帰回路の出力端子の電圧と前記バッテリの電圧を比較し、その比較結果の信号を前記温度センサ回路に出力し、前記温度センサ回路の動作を制御するコンパレータを備える事を特徴とするバッテリ状態監視回路。 - 二次電池の状態を検出および制御する充放電制御回路と、自動復帰回路と、温度センサ回路と、0V充電制御回路と、放電制御出力端子と、充電制御出力端子と、過電流検出端子と、ゲートが前記0V充電制御回路の出力に接続され、ソースが二次電池の正極に接続され、ドレインが前記充電制御出力端子に接続されたPチャネル型トランジスタと、を備えるバッテリ状態監視回路であって、
前記自動復帰回路の出力端子の電圧と前記バッテリの電圧を比較し、その比較結果の信号を前記温度センサ回路に出力し、前記温度センサ回路の動作を制御するコンパレータを備える事を特徴とするバッテリ状態監視回路。 - 充放電が可能な二次電池と、
前記二次電池の充放電経路に設けられた充放電制御スイッチと、
前記二次電池の電圧を監視し、前記充放電制御スイッチを開閉することによって前記二次電池の充放電を制御する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のバッテリ状態監視回路と、を備えたバッテリ装置。
