Description
この中空樹脂を塗材樹脂組成物の固形分容積率で全体に対して35〜42%配合することにより、遮熱性を有し、JISA6909に規定される建築用仕上塗材として凹凸を付与できる塗材とすることができる。中空樹脂の平均粒径は35〜55μmを有するものが好ましく、粒径の小さいものは遮熱性が得られ難く、大きいと中空樹脂が破壊し、仕上塗材としての塗り付け作業等が難しくなる。
合成樹脂エマルションは塗布環境や作業性に応じて、成膜助剤と合わせて使用する。エチレングリコールジエチルエーテル、ベンジルアルコール、ブチルセロソルブ、エステルアルコールが使用できる。
アイカジョリパットJP−100(アイカ工業(株)、JISA6909に適合外装合成樹脂エマルション系仕上塗材)をマンセル明度値9の比較例1の塗材組成物とした。
アイカジョリパットJP−100100重量部にカーボンブラック(黒トナー)を0.88重量部を配合し、マンセル明度値6の比較例2の塗材組成物とした。
日射反射率:JISK5602 に準拠し、測定した。
図1の1は試験体で、3の500W レフランプ(東芝ライテック(株)、商品名)のランプ下面より25cmの位置に調整され評価測定が開始される。2の断熱箱は上部開口部26cm角以外厚さ3cm断熱用発泡スチロールが配設されたもので、内容積は45cm立方である。開口部内側に試験体が設置される。

Claims (1)
- 立体的な造形性をもつ模様に仕上げるJISA6909に規定される建築用仕上塗材である外装合成樹脂エマルション系仕上塗材であって、平均粒径35〜55μmで、炭酸カルシウムとタルクを付着させた比重0.16の中空樹脂が塗材組成物の固形分容積率35〜42%と、真比重0.7で平均粒径35μmの中空ガラスが固形分容積率2〜16%と、平均粒径0.25〜0.35mmの寒水石が固形分容積率27%と、合成樹脂エマルションの固形分が固形分容積率15〜25%と、顔料が固形分容積率0.5〜2%とを含み、カーボンブラックを含まない単層塗装で用いられることを特徴とする塗材組成物。
前記顔料は塗材組成物の乾燥塗膜がマンセル明度値9では酸化チタン単独で配合され、マンセル明度値6では、酸化チタンに700〜2500nmの赤外線波長領域において、積分反射率が50%以上の黒系顔料を加られるものとする。
