Claims (3)
- 筒状ホルダー内に金型を収納保持した金属材料成型装置において、
ヒータ線を敷設するための溝部を水平方向に所定の間隔をおいて刻設し、該溝部にヒータ線を収納敷設してカバープレートにより覆設したヒータプレートを多数段積層してヒータプレートユニットを構成し、このヒータプレートユニットを、筒状ホルダーの内底面と金型の外底面との間に介設したことを特徴とする金型の加熱構造。 - 金型は、鍛造型、鋳造型、プレス型等の金型を用いた金属成型用金型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型の加熱構造。
- 金型で成型する金属材料は、金属体に変形抵抗を局部的に低下させた低変形抵抗領域を形成し、この低変形抵抗領域を剪断変形させて前記金属体の金属組織を微細化したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の金型の加熱構造。
