Claims (14)
- 後の試験のために、生検の部位における組織、細胞、薬物、又は、診断もしくは治療を目的とする物質を、in vivoで濃縮するための生検装置であって、該装置の表面又は該装置の一部の表面が、電気めっき法、蒸発法、セラミック法又はセメンテーション法を用いて、元素周期表の第10族又は第11族からの金属又は金で被覆される、生検装置。
- 前記装置の表面又は前記装置の一部の表面が、蒸発法、セラミック法又はセメンテーション法を用いて被覆される、請求項1に記載の生検装置。
- 前記表面が陽極酸化を用いてさらに被覆される、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 後の培養又は試験のために、少なくとも生検の部位における幹細胞、薬物又は治療活性物質を、in vivoで濃縮するための生検装置であって、該装置又は該装置の一部がコラーゲンパッドで被覆される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 0.01mm〜10mm、0.1mm〜2mm、又は0.25mm〜0.8mmの範囲の直径を有するシリンダ又は管のような外形を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 前記装置の長さが0.5mm〜300mm、10mm〜100mm、又は25mm〜80mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 前記生検装置の寸法又はコア材料がスプリングワイヤ、可撓性プラスチックロッド、カテーテル及び/又はステントであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 抗体、その一部、及び、生検の部位における対象の組織、細胞又は検体に対し高い結合親和力を有する他の配列から成る群から選択される特異的リガンドで被覆される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
- インプリント法を用いてさらに被覆されて標的に対して対応する結合構造として働く表面を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 規定の期間、動物又はヒトの体内に配置されることができ、in vivoでの配置場所が固形組織、又は腹膜もしくは子宮もしくは胃腸管のような体腔、又は動脈もしくは静脈もしくは尿管もしくはリンパ管もしくは総胆管もしくは膵管もしくは脊柱管のような管腔である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 前記規定の期間が、対象物質の濃度及び前記リガンドと該対象物質との間の結合親和力によって決定される、請求項10に記載の生検装置。
- 前記規定の期間が、対象物質の濃度及び前記コラーゲンパッドと前記対象物質との間の結合親和力によって決定される、請求項10に記載の生検装置。
- 前記規定の期間が、対象物質の濃度及び前記装置の先端のインプリント構造と前記対象物質との間の結合親和性によって決定される、請求項10に記載の生検装置。
- 磁性があり、磁性粒子を吸着することができる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の生検装置。
