Description
Claims (4)
- 柔らかい組織の超音波治療のための装置を動作させる方法であって、前記装置はアプリケータとコントローラを有し、
a)前記アプリケータの少なくとも2つの超音波トランスデューサーをパルス動作モードで動作させ、パルスの半パワー幅が、前記少なくとも2つの超音波トランスデューサーの第一のトランスデューサーによって放出された超音波が第二のトランスデューサーに到達する時間よりも短くなるように前記パルスの持続時間を選択するように前記アプリケータを動作させることと、
b)前記第一のトランスデューサーによって放出された超音波の少なくとも一部を前記第二のトランスデューサーが受信するように前記アプリケータを動作させることと、
c)受信した前記超音波の少なくとも一部によって誘起された信号を分析して、前記超音波の少なくとも一部が前記第一のトランスデューサーから放出されて前記第二のトランスデューサーに受信されるまでの時間、前記第二のトランスデューサーが受信した前記パルスの前面におけるピーク信号強度、前記第二のトランスデューサーが受信した前記パルスの前面に後続する強度の変動、及び前記第二のトランスデューサーが受信した前記パルスの位相シフトの少なくとも一つのリアルタイム監視のためのデータを提供するように前記コントローラを動作させることと
を含み、
前記アプリケータは、前記パルスの持続時間が、前記少なくとも2つの超音波トランスデューサー間のクロストークを排除するように動作させられる方法。 - 超音波放射放出モードでの動作を完了すると前記少なくとも2つの超音波トランスデューサーの各々が、超音波放射受信モードで動作するように前記アプリケータを動作させる、請求項1による方法。
- 前記超音波が連続モードで放出されるように前記アプリケータを動作させ、前記超音波の少なくとも一部が前記第一のトランスデューサーから送信されて前記第二のトランスデューサーに受信されるまでの時間、前記第二のトランスデューサーが受信した超音波のピーク信号強度、前記第二のトランスデューサーが受信した超音波の強度の変動、及び前記第二のトランスデューサーが受信した超音波の位相シフトの少なくとも一つのリアルタイム監視のためのデータを提供するように前記コントローラを動作させる、請求項1による方法。
- 前記パルスに起因する可聴信号を検出するように前記コントローラを動作させる、請求項1による方法。
