電板を兼ねることができるものの、金属製集電板は依然として厚みが厚く、比重が大きいために、二次電池としても厚みが厚く、また重量が重いという問題があった。

ラリーを塗布し、真空乾燥して負極を形成した後、アルミニウム層側にLi1.1Mn1.9O4と導電剤(アセチレンブラック)と高分子固体電解質材料にn−メチルピロリドン(NMP)から成るスラリーを塗布し、真空乾燥して正極を形成し、バイポーラ電極を得た。正極と負極の厚みはそれぞれ実施例と同じ50μmとした。さらに、電極に添加したのと同じポリエチレンオキシド骨格を有する高分子にLiN(CF 3 SO 2 ) 2 を溶解した高分子固体電解質を厚み30μmのシート状に形成した。作製したバイポーラ電極と高分子固体電解質シートを縦50mm×横100mmに裁断しバイポーラ電極と高分子固体電解質シートを交互にを21層積層し比較例のバイポーラ電池を作製した。ただし、最外層の電極は直列接続となるよう正極もしくは負極1層のみが形成された電極を使用した。

Claims (4)
- 正極、無機固体電解質および負極が順次積層されて一体化された発電要素を複数個直列に接続してなる全固体型リチウムイオン二次電池において、複数の前記発電要素は、第1の前記発電要素の正極と、該第1の発電要素と隣接する第2の前記発電要素の負極とが、熱可塑性樹脂と導電性フィラーとを含有するイオン伝導性がない導電性接着剤により接着されて一体化されていることを特徴とする全固体型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記第1の発電要素と前記第2の発電要素とが、前記第1の発電要素の正極と前記第2の発電要素の負極との間に前記導電性接着剤を介して加熱加圧して接着されて一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全固体型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記正極および前記負極の少なくともいずれか一方が、正極活物質または負極活物質からなる焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の全固体型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記導電性接着剤中にスペーサー粒子を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれかに記載の全固体型リチウムイオン二次電池。
