Description

The present invention relates to a tray and container for a dehumidifier used in a storage space such as a closet, a chest, a clog box, and other storage spaces by absorbing moisture in the air with a deliquescent dehumidifying agent to lower the humidity of the space and keeping the humidity low. .

The dehumidifier is placed in a tray in the middle and high part of the container having an opening on the upper surface, divided into an upper space and a lower space, contains a deliquescent dehumidifier in the upper space, and deliquescent of the deliquescent dehumidifier in the lower space. The liquid is formed so as to be dropped and stored from the dropping hole of the tray (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
And the upper surface opening part of a container is block | closed with the moisture-permeable impermeable sheet, and also the sealing sheet (moisture-proof sheet) is stuck on this moisture-permeable sheet so that peeling is possible.

The tray body and the container body of the dehumidifier configured as described above are each formed of a desired synthetic resin material or the like.
The tray body is formed in a plan view shape having a peripheral edge along the shape of the transverse inner surface of the container body at the middle and high portions, and is provided with a number of dripping holes and is accommodated in the upper space of the container body. The deliquescent liquid of the deliquescent dehumidifier is dripped into the lower space from the dripping hole. An example is shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tray body A1 is formed in a planar view shape having a peripheral edge portion 100 along the shape of the transverse inner surface of the container peripheral wall b1 in the middle-high part of the container body B1. The saucer body A1 includes a flat first support surface portion 200 along the peripheral edge portion 100, a second support surface portion 300 provided in a stepped shape on the inner side of the first support surface portion 200, and an inner side. In the central part of the head, and a projecting portion 400 projecting in a substantially truncated cone shape, and a large number of dropping holes 500 are provided in each portion.

1)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-240117 (paragraph number 0010 and FIG. 1)

By the way, as shown in FIG. 2, the tray main body A1 has the peripheral edge portion 100 mounted on the upper end of the supporting vertical rib 600 provided at the inner surface of the container main body B1, so that the inside of the container main body B1. Incorporated in the middle and high sites. Therefore, the peripheral edge part 100 of the saucer body A1 is formed in a planar view shape having rough dimensions so that the saucer body A1 can be easily incorporated into the container body B1 from the upper surface opening.

However, since the particle shape and particle size of the granular deliquescent dehumidifying agent C are irregular, the small deliquescent dehumidifying agent can be separated from the peripheral edge 100 of the saucer body A1 as shown in FIG. There is a risk of causing a problem such as passing through the gap S generated between the inner surface of the container body B1 and falling to the lower space M side of the container body B1. This fall is particularly caused by vibrations received from trucks and other transport vehicles during distribution from manufacturers to dealers.

In addition, the deliquescent dehumidifying agent falls to the lower space side due to the uplift caused by the vertical vibration received from the transport vehicle such as a truck, thereby causing the gap to widen. That is, in the prior art shown in FIG. 2, the tray body is made to exist at the middle and high parts in the container body only by the support structure in which the peripheral edge is mounted on the upper end of the support vertical rib in the container body. In addition, a deliquescent dehumidifier is stored in the upper space. Therefore, the saucer body rises so that the peripheral edge part is detached from the upper end of the supporting vertical rib, and the deliquescent dehumidifying agent falls to the lower space side.

Therefore, the present invention has been developed to solve the above-described problems, and prevents the deliquescent dehumidifier contained in the upper space of the container body partitioned by the tray body from falling to the lower space side. The object is to provide a dehumidifier pan and container.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a dehumidifier tray that is contained in a container body having an upper surface opening and divides the container body into an upper space and a lower space, A peripheral edge formed in a plan view shape along the inner surface with a space from the inner surface of the container peripheral wall to such an extent that granular deliquescent dehumidifier does not pass to the lower space side, A step portion formed lower than the surface of the dish, and the step portion is set such that the deliquescent dehumidifying agent can fall into the step portion and the width of the step portion is narrower than the particle size of the deliquescent dehumidifying agent. It is characterized by being.

Further, in the present invention, the container for the dehumidifier in which the tray body for the dehumidifier is contained, the inner surface of the container body is provided with a locking portion that prevents the tray body from being lifted, and the locking portion is The said container main body by which the said level | step-difference part of the said peripheral edge is latched when the said peripheral edge of the said saucer main body is mounted in the upper end of the support vertical rib provided in the inner surface important point of the said container main body It is provided in the inner surface height position of.

According to the dehumidifier tray of the present invention, the granular deliquescent dehumidifying agent is received by the step provided on the peripheral edge along the inner surface of the container main body, and the deliquescent dehumidifying agent falls to the lower space side of the container main body. Can be prevented.
The deliquescent dehumidifying agent received by the stepped portion acts as a joint material that fills the gap between the peripheral edge and the inner surface of the container body (container peripheral wall), so that the tray body can be stably placed in the container body. It can be expected to prevent the deliquescent dehumidifying agent from falling to the lower space side more reliably.

Moreover, according to the container for dehumidifiers of this invention, the peripheral edge part of the saucer main body mounted by the latching | locking part provided in the inner surface of the container main body on the upper end of a support vertical rib can be received via a level | step-difference part. . In other words, the peripheral edge portion can be made to be present in the middle / high portion in the container main body in a sandwiched state between the supporting vertical rib and the locking portion.
Thereby, it can prevent that a saucer main body floats up by the vibration at the time of distribution, etc., and can prevent that a deliquescent dehumidifier falls to the lower space side of a container main body.

Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the deliquescent hygroscopic material accommodated in the upper space of the container body from falling to the lower space side, so that the deliquescent hygroscopic material falls to the lower space side. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a tray and a container that can prevent the deterioration of the product image given to consumers due to, for example, and can manufacture a dehumidifier with improved quality and reliability.

It is a perspective view which shows the saucer of a prior art example. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the dehumidifier to which the saucer and the container of the prior art example were applied. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the dehumidifier which applied the saucer and container which concern on this embodiment. It is a perspective view which shows the saucer which concerns on this embodiment. It is a perspective view which shows the container which concerns on this embodiment. It is a perspective view which shows the state which made the saucer main body inherent in the container. It is the same longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the mounting latching state of the saucer main body (periphery edge part) with respect to the support vertical rib in a container.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a dehumidifier to which a tray and a container according to this embodiment are applied.

≪Dehumidifier configuration≫
As shown in FIG. 3, the dehumidifier is a container body B having an upper surface opening 10, and a kite child that is included in the middle and high parts of the container body B and divides the container body B into an upper space N and a lower space M. And a moisture-permeable and water-impermeable sheet (hereinafter simply referred to as “moisture-permeable sheet”) 6 and a sealing sheet 7 that block the upper surface opening 10.
In addition, the dehumidifier includes a lid 8 that protects the moisture-permeable sheet 6 and the sealing sheet 7 in a detachable manner on the upper surface opening 10 of the container body B.
In the dehumidifier configured in this way, granular deliquescent dehumidifying agent C is accommodated in the upper space N in the container body B, and when the consumer (user) uses it, the sealing sheet 7 is used as the moisture permeable sheet. The moisture in the air passes through the moisture permeable sheet 6 and flows into the container main body B, and is absorbed by the deliquescent dehumidifying agent C.
Incidentally, the deliquescent dehumidifying agent C is composed of, for example, granular calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium acetate, sodium chloride, etc., and absorbs moisture in the air and is changed into a deliquescent solution (aqueous solution). .

≪Configuration of saucer body≫
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a tray according to the present embodiment. Here, description will be made with reference to FIG. 3 as appropriate.
3 and 4, the tray body A is formed in a plan view shape having a peripheral edge 1 along the transverse inner surface shape of the container peripheral wall b in the middle and high parts of the container body B, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. Yes.
The saucer body A includes a flat first support surface portion 2 along the peripheral edge portion 1, a second support surface portion 3 provided in a stepped shape on the inner side of the first support surface portion 2, and an inner side Are formed at a height lower than the opening position of the upper opening 10 of the container B at a central portion of the container B and projecting portions 4 projecting in a substantially truncated cone shape, each of which is provided with a number of dropping holes 5. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral edge portion 1 is formed in a plan view shape along the inner surface of the container peripheral wall b so that the granular deliquescent dehumidifying agent C does not pass to the lower space M side. That is, the peripheral edge 1 is formed with an outer contour dimension in which the gap S generated between the peripheral edge 1 and the inner surface of the container peripheral wall b is narrower than the particle size of the deliquescent dehumidifier C.

And the peripheral edge part 1 of the saucer main body A formed in this way is provided with a step part 9 formed lower than the dish surface of the first support surface part 2.

≪Structure of the step part≫
The step portion 9 has a deliquescent dehumidifying agent C contained in the upper space N of the container main body B due to vibrations received from a transport vehicle such as a truck when the dehumidifying agent is distributed from the manufacturer to the dealer. In order to prevent falling to the lower space M side, as shown in FIG. 3, it serves to receive the deliquescent dehumidifying agent C between the inner surface of the container peripheral wall b.
The step portion 9 is not limited to the step bottom width L1 or the step depth (height difference) L2 from the first support surface portion 2, but for example, the step bottom width L1 is set to the particle size of the deliquescent dehumidifying agent C. It is preferable to set a smaller value.
In this way, by setting the step bottom width L1 of the stepped portion 9, the deliquescent dehumidifying agent C that has fallen into the stepped portion 9 is liquefied between the inner surface of the container peripheral wall b as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. The dehumidifying agent C can be received and the container body B can be prevented from falling to the lower space M side. In addition, the deliquescent dehumidifying agent C, which falls into the stepped portion 9 and receives it, acts as a joint material that fills the space between the peripheral edge portion 1 and the inner surface of the container peripheral wall b, so that the tray body A can be stably attached to the container body. It is possible to prevent the deliquescent dehumidifying agent C from falling to the lower space M side more reliably by being included in B.

≪Container structure≫
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a container body according to the present embodiment, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the container body with the tray body inside, and FIG. 7 is a longitudinal side view of FIG.
The container body B is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view having the upper surface opening 10 by injection molding using a transparent synthetic resin material such as transparent or translucent.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the container body B has a plan view on the long side wall b-1 on one side of the long side walls b-1 and b-2 of the container peripheral wall b. And the inwardly concave wall portion 11 that is recessed inside the container body B, and the long side wall portion b-2 on the other side protrudes outwardly from the container body B in plan view. A wall 12 is provided.

Moreover, the container main body B is provided with a plurality of supporting vertical ribs 13 on the inner surface of the container peripheral wall b.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the supporting vertical rib 13 is formed so as to extend from the container bottom wall to a substantially middle part (medium-high part) in the height direction of the container peripheral wall b, and has a notch at its upper end. 14 is provided.

As shown in FIG. 7, the notch portion 14 is formed in a substantially L shape so as to reach the upper end of the reinforcing rib 13 from the inner surface of the container peripheral wall b, and the peripheral edge portion 1 of the tray body A is dropped. It has come to be.

Moreover, the container main body B is provided with the latching | locking part 15 which prevents the raising of the saucer main body A on the inner surface of both the long side wall parts b-1 and b-2 in the container surrounding wall b, as shown in FIGS. ing.

≪Configuration of locking part≫
When the peripheral edge 1 of the tray body A is mounted on the notch 14 of the support vertical rib 13, the step portion 9 of the peripheral edge 1 is locked.
As shown in FIG. 5, the locking portion 15 is formed on the inner surface of each of the concave wall portion 11 and the convex wall portion 12 with an inward protrusion that extends in the wall circumferential direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the locking portion 15 is a concave wall portion b in which the step portion 9 of the peripheral edge 1 is locked when the peripheral edge 1 is mounted on the support vertical rib 13. -1 and the convex wall portion b-2 are formed at respective inner surface height positions.

As described above, according to the saucer body A having the configuration including the locking portion 15, the peripheral edge 1 of the saucer body A can be received via the step portion 9. That is, the tray body A can be supported in the container body B in a state where the peripheral edge portion 1 is sandwiched from above and below by the support vertical ribs 13 and the locking portions 15.
Thereby, it is possible to prevent the saucer body A from floating due to vibration during distribution, and to prevent the deliquescent dehumidifying agent C from falling to the lower space M side of the container body B.
