Description
請求項4の発明によれば、油圧アクチュエータに対する圧油の供給を制御する方向制御弁が中立位置にあるか否かを中立位置検出器で検出することができる。方向制御弁が中立位置にあるときには、油圧アクチュエータが停止し、エンジンは無負荷運転に近い状態となる。そこで、このような運転状態のときには、負荷投入弁を初期位置から切換位置に切換えて油圧負荷を発生することができる。

Claims (4)
- 原動機としてのエンジンと、該エンジンの排気側に設けられ排気ガスを浄化する排気ガス浄化装置と、前記エンジンによって駆動されタンク内の油液を吸込んで圧油を吐出する油圧ポンプと、該油圧ポンプから吐出された圧油により駆動される少なくとも1つ以上の油圧アクチュエータと、該油圧アクチュエータと前記油圧ポンプ、タンクとの間に設けられ該油圧アクチュエータに対する圧油の供給を制御する方向制御弁と、前記エンジンの回転数を検出する回転センサとを備え、
前記排気ガス浄化装置には、前記排気ガスの温度を検出する温度検出器と、前記排気ガス浄化装置の入口側と出口側との間で前記排気ガスの圧力差を検出する圧力検出器とを設けてなる油圧作業機において、
前記油圧ポンプからの圧油を前記油圧アクチュエータに供給する管路の途中には、前記排気ガスの温度を上昇させるための負荷投入弁を設け、
該負荷投入弁は、
初期位置にあるときに前記油圧ポンプからの圧油が前記タンク側に戻るのを許し、
前記温度検出器で検出した前記排気ガスの温度が予め決められた基準温度よりも低く、前記圧力検出器で検出した前記圧力差が予め決められた所定の圧力値よりも大きくなったときに、前記初期位置から切換わって油圧負荷を発生させ前記排気ガスの温度を前記基準温度以上に上昇させる構成とし、
前記負荷投入弁は、前記回転センサで検出した前記エンジンの回転数が予め決められた判定値よりも低い低速回転域にあるときに、前記初期位置から大きい油圧負荷を発生させる第1の切換位置に切換わり、前記エンジンの回転数が前記判定値よりも高い高速回転域にあるときには、小さい油圧負荷を発生させる第2の切換位置に前記初期位置から切換わる構成としたことを特徴とする油圧作業機。 - 前記負荷投入弁が初期位置から前記第1の切換位置に切換わったときに前記大きい油圧負荷を発生させる第1のリリーフ弁と、前記負荷投入弁が初期位置から第2の切換位置に切換わったときに前記小さい油圧負荷を発生させる第2のリリーフ弁とを備える構成としてなる請求項1に記載の油圧作業機。
- 原動機としてのエンジンと、該エンジンの排気側に設けられ排気ガスを浄化する排気ガス浄化装置と、前記エンジンによって駆動されタンク内の油液を吸込んで圧油を吐出する油圧ポンプと、該油圧ポンプから吐出された圧油により駆動される少なくとも1つ以上の油圧アクチュエータと、該油圧アクチュエータと前記油圧ポンプ、タンクとの間に設けられ該油圧アクチュエータに対する圧油の供給を制御する方向制御弁と、前記エンジンの回転数を検出する回転センサとを備え、
前記排気ガス浄化装置には、前記排気ガスの温度を検出する温度検出器と、前記排気ガス浄化装置の入口側と出口側との間で前記排気ガスの圧力差を検出する圧力検出器とを設けてなる油圧作業機において、
前記油圧ポンプからの圧油を前記油圧アクチュエータに供給する管路の途中には、前記排気ガスの温度を上昇させるための負荷投入弁を設け、
該負荷投入弁は、
初期位置にあるときに前記油圧ポンプからの圧油が前記タンク側に戻るのを許し、
前記温度検出器で検出した前記排気ガスの温度が予め決められた基準温度よりも低く、前記圧力検出器で検出した前記圧力差が予め決められた所定の圧力値よりも大きくなったときに、前記初期位置から切換わって油圧負荷を発生させ前記排気ガスの温度を前記基準温度以上に上昇させる構成とし、
さらに、前記負荷投入弁が初期位置から切換位置に切換わったときにリリーフ設定圧に対応した前記油圧負荷を発生させる設定圧可変式のリリーフ弁を備え、
該リリーフ弁は、前記回転センサで検出した前記エンジンの回転数が大きくなるに応じて前記リリーフ設定圧を漸次減少させる構成としたことを特徴とする油圧作業機。 - 前記油圧アクチュエータに対する圧油の供給を制御する前記方向制御弁が中立位置にあるか否かを検出する中立位置検出器を備え、前記負荷投入弁は、該中立位置検出器により前記方向制御弁が中立位置にあることを検出したときに、前記初期位置から前記油圧負荷を発生させる切換位置に切換わる構成としてなる請求項1,2または3に記載の油圧作業機。
