Description
共振周波数を使用して無線電力信号を磁気共鳴方式で伝送し、前記共振周波数の帯域幅がそれぞれ異なる少なくとも1つ以上の電力伝送用アンテナと、
前記無線電力信号を生成する無線電力信号発生モジュールと、
前記無線電力信号発生モジュールから生成された無線電力信号の電力レベルを変換し、前記電力伝送用アンテナの共振周波数の帯域幅に対応してそれぞれ異なる電力レベル変換幅を有する少なくとも1つ以上の無線電力変換モジュールと、
前記無線電力変換モジュールと対応する電力伝送用アンテナを選択的に接続するマルチプレクサーマッチングモジュール(Multiplexer matching module)と、
充電対象機器の必要電力量に応じて前記電力伝送用アンテナと前記無線電力変換モジュールとを選択的に接続し、無線電力信号の電力レベルを調整する制御部と、を含むことを特徴とする。
(a)充電対象機器の必要電力量に対応する無線電力信号を伝送できる共振周波数の帯域幅を有する電力伝送用アンテナ、及び、前記電力伝送用アンテナの共振周波数の帯域幅に対応する電力レベル変換幅を有する無線電力変換モジュールを選択する段階と、
(b)前記選択された無線電力変換モジュールを制御して前記充電対象機器の必要電力量に応じて無線電力信号の電力レベルを調整する段階と、
(c)前記選択された無線電力変換モジュールと前記電力伝送用アンテナとを接続して無線電力信号を伝送する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (15)
- 共振周波数を使用して無線電力信号を磁気共鳴方式で伝送し、前記共鳴周波数の帯域幅がそれぞれ異なる少なくとも1つ以上の電力伝送用アンテナと、
前記無線電力信号を生成する無線電力信号発生モジュールと、
前記無線電力信号発生モジュールから生成された無線電力信号の電力レベルを変換し、前記電力伝送用アンテナの共振周波数の帯域幅に対応してそれぞれ異なる電力レベル変換幅を有する少なくとも1つ以上の無線電力変換モジュールと、
前記無線電力変換モジュールと対応する電力伝送用アンテナを選択的に接続するマルチプレクサーマッチングモジュールと、
充電対象機器の必要電力量に応じて前記電力伝送用アンテナと前記無線電力変換モジュールとを選択的に接続して、無線電力信号の電力レベルを調整する制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする無線電力伝送装置。 - 前記充電対象機器を探知する探知信号を送出し、探知された充電対象機器とデータ通信する無線通信モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線電力伝送装置。
- 前記制御部が、前記無線通信モジュールを用いて探知された充電対象機器の充電状態情報を受信することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無線電力伝送装置。
- 前記制御部が、前記充電対象機器の充電状態情報に基づいて充電対象機器の必要電力量を選定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無線電力伝送装置。
- 前記充電対象機器の充電状態情報は、前記充電対象機器を識別する固有の識別コードと必要電力量を含む情報であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無線電力伝送装置。
- 前記制御部が、前記充電対象機器の充電状態情報を持続的にモニタリングし、モニタリング結果によって充電対象機器の必要電力量を再選定し、再選定した必要電力量に応じて無線電力信号の電力レベルを調整することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無線電力伝送装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記充電対象機器が1つ以上の場合、時分割制御を用いてそれぞれの充電対象機器に無線電力信号を伝送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線電力伝送装置。
- 前記マルチプレクサーマッチングモジュールが、前記無線電力変換モジュールと前記電力伝送用アンテナとの間のインピーダンスをマッチングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線電力伝送装置。
- (a)充電対象機器の必要電力量に対応する無線電力信号を伝送できる共振周波数の帯域幅を有する電力伝送用アンテナ、及び、前記電力伝送用アンテナの共振周波数の帯域幅に対応する電力レベル変換幅を有する無線電力変換モジュールを選択する段階と、
(b)前記選択された無線電力変換モジュールを制御して前記充電対象機器の必要電力量に応じて無線電力信号の電力レベルを調整する段階と、
(c)前記選択された無線電力変換モジュールと前記電力伝送用アンテナとを接続して無線電力信号を伝送する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする無線電力伝送制御方法。 - 前記(a)段階の前に、
前記充電対象機器を探知する探知信号を送出して充電対象機器を探知する段階と、
前記探知された充電対象機器とデータ通信して充電対象機器の充電状態情報を受信する段階と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の無線電力伝送制御方法。 - 前記(a)段階が、前記充電対象機器の充電状態情報に基づいて充電対象機器の必要電力量を選定することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の無線電力伝送制御方法。
- 前記充電対象機器の充電状態情報は、前記充電対象機器を識別する固有の識別コードと必要電力量を含む情報であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の無線電力伝送制御方法。
- 前記(c)段階の後に、前記充電対象機器の充電状態情報を持続的にモニタリングし、モニタリング結果によって充電対象機器の必要電力量を再選定し、再選定した必要電力量に応じて無線電力信号の電力レベルを調整する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の無線電力伝送制御方法。
- 前記(a)段階は、前記充電対象機器が1つ以上の場合、時分割制御を用いてそれぞれの充電対象機器に無線電力信号を伝送することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の無線電力伝送制御方法。
- 前記(c)段階が、前記無線電力変換モジュールと電力伝送用アンテナとの間のインピーダンスをマッチングすることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の無線電力伝送制御方法。
