Description
Claims (12)
- ブリッジ回路の横方向ブランチに配置された電力消費装置(M)と共に4個の電子スイッチ(V1、V2、V3、V4)を有するブリッジ回路と、前記4個の電子スイッチ用の制御端子を有する制御回路(uC)と、を用いて前記電力消費装置を制御するための回路配置であって、
前記制御回路(uC)の前記制御端子が入力として、または出力として切り替えられ得て、
前記電子スイッチ(V1、V2、V3、V4)を導電状態から非導電状態に、および/またはその逆に切り替えるための前記制御回路が2つの工程を順次に実行する、すなわち前記制御回路(uC)の前記それぞれの制御端子が最初に「低」から「高インピーダンス」に、次に「高」に切り替える、および/または最初に「高」から「高インピーダンス」に、次に「低」に切り替える
ことを特徴とする回路配置。 - 前記電子スイッチ(V1、V2、V3、V4)がトランジスタを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路配置。 - 前記制御回路(uC)がマイクロコントローラを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回路配置。 - 前記第1の電子スイッチ(V1)用の前記制御端子が第1のコンデンサ(C1)と第1の抵抗器(R1)との直列接続を介して前記第4の電子スイッチ(V4)用の前記制御端子に接続され、そして前記第3の電子スイッチ(V3)用の前記制御端子が第2のコンデンサ(C2)と第2の抵抗器(R2)との直列接続を介して前記第2の電子スイッチ(V2)用の前記制御端子に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の回路配置。 - 前記制御回路(uC)の各制御端子がゲート抵抗器(Rg)を通して前記それぞれの電子スイッチの前記制御端子に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回路配置。 - 前記制御回路(uC)の各制御端子がプルアップおよび/またはプルダウン抵抗器(Rp)を通して前記それぞれの電子スイッチのソース端子に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の回路配置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の回路配置を有する小型電子デバイス。
- 入力として、または出力として切り替えられてもよい電子スイッチを制御するための制御端子を有する制御回路を用いて前記電子スイッチを切り替えるための方法であって、
前記電子スイッチ(V1、V2、V3、V4)を導電状態から非導電状態に、および/またはその逆に切り替えるための前記制御回路が2つの工程を順次に実行する、すなわち前記制御回路(uC)の前記それぞれの制御端子が最初に「低」から「高インピーダンス」に、次に「高」に切り替える、および/または最初に「高」から「高インピーダンス」に、次に「低」に切り替える
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記制御回路が、前記電子スイッチ(V1、V2、V3、V4)がこの電子スイッチの状態を変えた後にのみ第2の工程、すなわち高インピーダンスから「高」または「低」に切り替えるステップを実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の工程と前記第2の工程との間の時間間隔が、少なくとも1つの抵抗器(R1;R2;R3)とコンデンサ(C1;C2)とを有する前記電子スイッチ(V1、V2、V3、V4)の配線の、適当なサイズ決めを介して、前記電子スイッチ(V1、V2、V3、V4)のMillerキャパシタンスに合うように調整される
ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の方法。 - ブリッジ回路を形成する数個の電子スイッチ(V1、V2、V3、V4)が切り替えられる
ことを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって切り替えられる少なくとも1つの電子回路(V1、V2、V3、V4)を有する小型電子デバイス。
