Claims (4)
- バーナ装置を運転する方法であって、バーナ装置が、旋回室(6)を備える予混合バーナ(1)と、少なくとも1つの燃料(B)を供給する手段と、予混合バーナ(1)の下流側に配置される移行通路(9)と、移行通路(9)の下流側に配置される混合管(4)とを備え、予混合バーナ(1)が、バーナ装置により運転される熱発生器の所定のバーナ出力のために設計されており、該バーナ出力が、少なくとも1つの空気進入スリット(7)を介して予混合バーナ(1)内に流入する燃焼空気質量(L)に基づいて生じる、バーナ装置を運転する方法において、バーナ出力を、バーナ装置(1,9,4)の外側の寸法設定は同じまま、予混合バーナ(1)内に流入する燃焼空気質量(L)を空気進入スリット(7)の数の増加により増大させることにより高め、前記空気進入スリット(7)の数の増加は予混合バーナ(1)内への燃焼空気の吸込み能力の増大に至らせ、かつ混合管(4)の少なくとも一部領域が、少なくとも混合管(4)内の燃焼空気質量の軸方向の流動速度を低下させる拡開する流動横断面輪郭(α)を備えるようにし、これにより、混合管(4)の下流側に形成される逆流域の火炎安定性を最大化することを特徴とする、バーナ装置を運転する方法。
- 拡開する流動横断面がディフューザとして機能する、請求項1記載の方法。
- バーナ装置のバーナ出力の向上を空気進入スリットの数の増加により達成する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 予混合バーナをn≧3の空気進入スリットの数で運転する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
