Description
Claims (23)
- クランプ機構を具備するハードタグに該クランプ機構の軸に対して任意の角度で接近させることにより、該ハードタグの該クランプ機構を解放するために十分な磁界をもたらすことを特徴とする磁石アセンブリを具備し、該磁石アセンブリは、
円筒磁石と、
該円筒磁石の表面と実質的に同一平面となる上面を有するリング磁石と、
を具備し、前記円筒磁石は上方に向かって磁化されており、前記リング磁石はリング磁石の中心に向く方向に磁化されていることを特徴とする、
磁気デタッチャー。 - 前記リング磁石は、複数のセクションからなり、該複数のセクションの各々は、前記リング磁石の中心を向く方向に磁化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 4以上のセクションからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記リング磁石により生じた磁力線は前記リング磁石の中心に向かって内側に向き上方に曲がって該リング磁石の外に出ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記リング磁石により生じた磁界は、前記円筒磁石により生じた垂直方向の磁界に加え合わされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記磁石アセンブリは、該磁石アセンブリ軸に対して相対的に対称に半径方向の磁界を作ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記磁界を強化するために、前記磁石アセンブリの底部におかれた軟鉄材料をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記磁石アセンブリは、1以上の永久磁石からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記1以上の永久磁石は、NdFeB磁石、ハードフェライト磁石、SmCo磁石、及びAlNiCo磁石のうちの少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記リング磁石は、10mm以上の高さ寸法を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記リング磁石は、44mm以上の外径寸法を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記磁石アセンブリは強化された磁気放射をもたらすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- クランプ機構を具備するハードタグに該クランプ機構の軸に対して任意の角度で接近させることにより、該ハードタグの該クランプ機構を解放するために十分な磁界をもたらすことを特徴とする磁石アセンブリを具備し、該磁石アセンブリは、
第1の矩形磁石と、
第2の矩形磁石と、
第1の矩形磁石の上面と第2の矩形磁石の上面と実質的に同一平面となる上面を有する第3の矩形磁石と、
を具備し、前記第2の矩形磁石は上方に向かって磁化されており、前記第1の矩形磁石及び前記第3の矩形磁石はそれぞれ、前記第2の矩形磁石の方向に磁化されていることを特徴とする、
磁気デタッチャー。 - 前記磁石アセンブリは、1以上の永久磁石からなることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記1以上の永久磁石は、NdFeB磁石、ハードフェライト磁石、SmCo磁石、及びAlNiCo磁石のうちの少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記磁石アセンブリは強化された磁気放射をもたらすことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- クランプ機構を具備するハードタグに該クランプ機構の軸に対して任意の角度で一方の面から接近させることにより、該ハードタグの該クランプ機構を解放するために十分な磁界をもたらすことを特徴とする磁石アセンブリを具備し、該磁石アセンブリは、
円筒磁石と、
該円筒磁石の上に積重ねられた半円状のリング磁石と、
を具備し、前記円筒磁石は上方に向かって磁化されており、前記半円状のリング磁石は半円状のリング磁石の半円の中心に向く方向に磁化されていることを特徴とする、
磁気デタッチャー。 - 前記磁石アセンブリは、1以上の永久磁石からなることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記1以上の永久磁石は、NdFeB磁石、ハードフェライト磁石、SmCo磁石、及びAlNiCo磁石のうちの少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記半円のリング磁石は、12mm以上の高さ寸法を持つことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- クランプ機構を具備するハードタグに該クランプ機構の軸に対して任意の角度で接近させることにより、該ハードタグの該クランプ機構を解放するために十分な磁界をもたらすことを特徴とする磁石アセンブリを具備し、該磁石アセンブリは、
リング磁石と、
該リング磁石の表面から少しずれた上面を有する円筒磁石と、
を具備し、前記円筒磁石は上方に向かって磁化されており、前記リング磁石はリング磁石の中心に向く方向に磁化されていることを特徴とする、
磁気デタッチャー。 - 前記円筒磁石の上面と、前記リング磁石の上面とのずれは3mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
- 前記リング磁石の上面は、前記円筒磁石の上面より上方にずれていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の磁気デタッチャー。
