自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料が配置された少なくとも1以上の表面を有する軸受を、具体例1にかかる自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料を準備して、以下のように軸受の表面上にそれを被覆することによって、製造した。
具体例2にかかる0.5インチの口径から1.5インチの口径までの範囲内に入る大きさのフランジ付きの軸受筒を数本、SAE-AS81934に従った振動試験にかけた。具体例2にかかる軸受筒を、非標準的な寸法を有する市販のフランジ付きの軸受筒と比較した。当該市販のフランジ付きの軸受筒は、パートナンバーM81934/2-08C012およびM81934/2-16C022に最も類似するものである。それらは、SAE-AS81934に従っていると思われる自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料を含んでいる。市販のフランジ付きの軸受筒は、チャート内において「カスタム」と表示されている。
Claims (26)
- 前記硬化性アクリレート組成物は、さらに
エトキシ化ビスフェノールAジメタクリル樹脂と、
トリメチルアクリル樹脂の酸エステルと、
トリエチレングリコールジメタクリル樹脂と、
エトキシ化トリメチロールプロパントリアクリル樹脂と
を有する
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料は、前記自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料の総質量に対し、3質量パーセントから50質量パーセントまでの範囲内に入る質量の前記硬化性アクリレート組成物を有する
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記金属性の複合材料は、さらに、酸化亜鉛および酸化カルシウムの中から選択された金属酸化物を有する
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記金属性の複合材料は、亜鉛モノメタクリル樹脂、亜鉛ジメタクリル樹脂、および酸化亜鉛を有する
請求項4に記載の軸受。 - 前記自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料は、さらに、潤滑性の充填剤を有する
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料は、前記自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料の総質量に対し、少なくとも20質量パーセントの質量の前記潤滑性の充填剤を有する
請求項6に記載の軸受。 - 前記潤滑性の充填剤は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、銅粉、二硫化モリブデン、窒化ホウ素の粉、グラファイトの粉、およびそれらの組み合わせの中から選択されたものである
請求項6に記載の軸受。 - 前記潤滑性の充填剤は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンである
請求項8に記載の軸受。 - 前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンは、粉の状態、フロックの状態、およびそれらを組み合わせた状態のうちのいずれかである
請求項9に記載の軸受。 - 前記自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料は、さらに、構造的な充填剤を有する
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記構造的な充填剤は、グラスファイバー、カーボンファイバー、ミクロウールファイバー、およびそれらの組み合わせの中から選択されたものである
請求項11に記載の軸受。 - 前記構造的な充填剤は、グラスファイバーである
請求項12に記載の軸受。 - 前記自己潤滑性の表面被覆複合材料は、さらに、揺変剤を有する

請求項17に記載の軸受。 - a.)以下の化学式1に従う金属性アクリレート化合物を有する金属性の複合材料を有する硬化性アクリレート組成物と、
b.)ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、銅粉、二硫化モリブデン、窒化ホウ素の粉、グラファイトの粉、およびそれらの組み合わせの中から選択される潤滑性の充填剤と、
c.)グラスファイバー、カーボンファイバー、ミクロウールファイバー、およびそれらの組み合わせの中から選択される構造的な充填剤と、
d.)ヒュームドシリカ、細かいポリテトラフルオロエチレンの粉、およびそれらの組み合わせの中から選択される揺変剤と、
e.)過酸化ベンゾイル、クメンヒドロペルオキシド、メチルエチルケトン過酸化物、およびそれらの組み合わせの中から選択される開始剤と
を備える
