本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1〜6を参照しながら説明する。
本実施形態に係るロッキングピストンは、圧縮機内に設けられるものであり、図1に示すように、シリンダ10内にピストンロッド11を収容したものである。
次に、本実施形態に係るシール構造の詳細について説明する。
本発明の第2の実施形態について、図7〜9を参照しながら説明する。本第2の実施形態の特徴点は、第1の実施形態のリングばね30に代えて、略冠状部材40を拡張部材として用いた点にある。
本発明の第3の実施形態について、図10〜12を参照しながら説明する。本第3の実施形態の特徴点は、第1の実施形態のリングばね30に代えて、リング状の金具50を拡張部材として用いた点にある。
本発明の第4の実施形態について、図13及び14を参照しながら説明する。本第4の実施形態の特徴点は、第1の実施形態のリングばね30に代えて、非金属部材60を拡張部材として用いた点にある。

Claims (3)
- 圧縮機のシリンダ内をピストンロッドが揺動しつつ摺動するロッキングピストンのシール構造において、
前記ピストンロッドの先端部に、前記シリンダと前記ピストンロッドとの間をシールするためのリップリングを備え、
前記リップリングは、円環板状の底部の全周縁からリップ部が立設したものであって、
前記リップ部の内側に、前記リップ部の高さ方向上部側において前記リップ部を外側に押し広げる拡張部材を設け、
前記拡張部材は、周方向の一部が切断されたリングばねであり、このリングばねにより、前記リップ部を外側に押し広げるものであって、
このリングばねは、前記リップ部の内側に設けられて縮径したときに略楕円形状となるように形成されており、
前記リングばねは、縮径したときの略楕円形状の長軸方向が前記ピストンロッドの揺動方向となるように形成されていることを特徴とする、ロッキングピストンのシール構造。 - 前記ピストンロッドの先端部には、前記リップリングを固定する円盤状のリング押えが設けられ、このリング押えの外周面には前記拡張部材を嵌め込むための周溝が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のロッキングピストンのシール構造。
- 前記リング押えの下部周縁部には、全周に渡って前記リップリングとの間に間隙が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のロッキングピストンのシール構造。
