Description
でアジャストボルト(3)を固定する。
をそれぞれ前記摩擦パッド(6)の接線方向に位置するように形成し、図4に示す如く上記
3方向の内周面をそれぞれ回入側内周面(35a)、回出側内周面(35b)、及び底部内周面
(35c)としている。また、静止用機械式ブレーキの非制動時には、前記凹部(34)の各内周
面(35a〜35c)と前記摩擦パッド(6)の外周面(36)との間に若干の隙間を形成している。

Claims (4)
- キャリパボディの作用部側に組み付けたアジャストボルトと、このアジャストボルトの先端に設けたピストンと、このピストンのディスクロータ側への移動によりディスクロータの両側面に摺接可能とする作用部側及び反作用部側の摩擦パッドとを備えた静止用機械式ディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記アジャストボルトとピストンとを一体に形成し、このピストンの先端を、前記摩擦パッドの裏面を構成する裏板に形成した円形状の連結部に、Cクリップを介して嵌合配置することにより、摩擦パッドとピストンとを互いに独立して回動可能に接続したことを特徴とする静止用機械式ディスクブレーキ。 - 前記摩擦パッドは、円板形状であることを特徴とする請求項1の静止用機械式ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記摩擦パッドは、この摩擦パッドの摩耗によって表面に露出可能とするインジケータ溝を、外周面に複数箇所凹設したことを特徴とする請求項1、または2の静止用機械式ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記キャリパボディにはブラケットを固定配置し、このブラケットに、前記作用部側の摩擦パッドの接線方向に内周面を形成した凹部を設け、ブレーキ制動時に前記凹部の内周面と前記作用部側の摩擦パッドの外周面とを線接触させて前記作用部側の摩擦パッドの制動トルクを前記凹部の内周面にて受けるよう形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の静止用機械式ディスクブレーキ。
