Description
(式中、R1、R2、R3およびR4は各々独立に炭素原子数1〜4の低級アルキル基を、Rは水素原子、ヒドロキシ基で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1〜18の直鎖または分岐鎖アルキル基、炭素原子数5〜8のシクロアルキル基を表す。)
(式中、R5はヒドロキシ基で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1〜18の直鎖または分岐鎖アルキル基、炭素原子数5〜8のシクロアルキル基を表す。)

(式中、R5はヒドロキシ基で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1〜18の直鎖または分岐鎖アルキル基、炭素原子数5〜8のシクロアルキル基を表し、R6は炭素原子数1〜20のアルキル基を表す。)
以下の配合の組成物を用いて、80℃でカレンダー成形して、EVAフィルムを成膜した。フィルムの厚さは500μmであった。
エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(酢酸ビニル含有量25質量%) 100質量部
有機過酸化物*1 0.5質量部
ヒンダードアミン化合物(表1記載) 0.3質量部
紫外線吸収剤(表1記載) 0.3質量部
フェノール系酸化防止剤*2 0.1質量部
リン系酸化防止剤*3 0.1質量部
カルシウムステアレート 0.05質量部
*1:2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ビス(t−ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン
*2:テトラキス(3−(3,5−ジ第三ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオニルオキシメチル)メタン
*3:トリス(2,4−ジ第三ブチルフェニル)ホスファイト
得られたEVAフィルムをサンシャインウェザオメーター(ブラックパネル温度63℃、水スプレーなし)で劣化を促進し、120時間ごとに破断するまでの時間を測定した。結果を下記表1に示す。

*7:(1,2,2,6,6−ペンタメチル−4−ピペリジル)セバケート
*8:1,6−ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジルアミノ)ヘキサン/2,4−ジクロロ−6−第三オクチルアミノ−s−トリアジン重縮合物
エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(酢酸ビニル含有量25質量%)をエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(酢酸ビニル含有量6質量%)に変えた以外は実施例1−1と同様にしてフィルムを得た。ヒンダードアミン化合物と紫外線吸収剤は、下記表2記載のものを配合した。
実施例2で得られたEVAフィルム(大きさ50×50mm)を、フロートガラス(厚さ3mm、大きさ50×50mm)の間に挟み込み、100℃の下で、5分間、脱気後、10kPaで10分間、プレスすることにより予備成形を行い、次いで、160℃で加熱加圧して、耐候性測定用サンプルを作製した。この耐候性測定サンプルを、サンシャインウェザオメーター(ブラックパネル温度63℃、水スプレーなし)で120時間ごとにカルボニルインデックスが1.0を超えるまでの時間を測定した。
