なお、上記実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (5)
- ドライバのクラッチ操作部材の操作によってエンジンの出力軸と駆動輪との間の動力を伝達又は遮断するクラッチと、ドライバのブレーキ操作部材の操作によって車輪に制動力を付与するブレーキ装置とを備える車両に適用され、前記エンジンの自動停止中に所定の再始動条件が成立した場合、スタータの駆動によるクランキングを行って前記エンジンを再始動させる処理を行う再始動手段を備える車両用制御装置において、
前記ブレーキ装置には、前記ブレーキ操作部材の操作とは別に、前記車輪に制動力を付与するための電子制御式のアクチュエータが備えられ、
前記再始動条件は、前記クラッチによって前記出力軸と前記駆動輪との間の動力が遮断された状況下において該出力軸と該駆動輪との間の動力が伝達されるように前記クラッチ操作部材が操作されたとの条件を含む条件、及び前記遮断された状況下において前記車輪に制動力が付与されなくなるように前記ブレーキ操作部材が操作されたとの条件を含む条件のうち少なくとも一方であり、
前記再始動条件が成立してからの所定期間において前記車輪に強制的に制動力を付与すべく、前記アクチュエータを操作する強制手段を備えることを特徴とする車両用制御装置。 - 前記強制手段は、ドライバによってアクセル操作部材が操作されたと判断された場合、前記強制的な制動力が付与されなくなるように前記アクチュエータを操作することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記車輪に強制的に付与された制動力が規定値以上となるまで、前記再始動手段による前記再始動させる処理の実行を禁止する禁止手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記再始動させる処理によって前記クランキングが開始された後、前記クランキングが行われる期間に前記クラッチの操作状態が前記出力軸と前記駆動輪との間の動力を遮断する状態から該動力を伝達する状態に移行するか否かを判断する判断手段を更に備え、
前記強制手段は、前記判断手段によって前記動力を伝達する状態に移行すると判断された場合、前記スタータの駆動を強制的に停止させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記再始動手段は、前記再始動させる処理として、前記クランキングを行うとともに、燃料噴射弁から前記エンジンの燃焼室に燃料を供給する処理を少なくとも含む燃焼制御処理を行うものであり、
前記強制手段は、前記判断手段によって前記動力を伝達する状態に移行すると判断された場合、前記燃焼制御処理を強制的に停止させることを特徴とする請求項4記載の車両用制御装置。
