Description
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関の回転軸を潤滑油を介してラジアルすべり軸受で支持し、ラジアルすべり軸受を軸受保持部で保持する内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
軸受保持部におけるラジアルすべり軸受の外周側で熱を供給する熱供給手段を有し、
軸受保持部は、軸受保持部本体と、軸受保持部本体に締結され、軸受保持部本体よりも熱容量の小さいキャップとを含み、
ラジアルすべり軸受は、軸受保持部本体に保持された第1の半割り軸受と、キャップに保持された第2の半割り軸受とを含み、
熱供給手段は、キャップにおける第2の半割り軸受の外周側で熱を供給し、軸受保持部本体における第1の半割り軸受の外周側では熱を供給せず、
さらに、熱供給手段は、熱媒体流路を流れる加熱媒体の熱を供給する手段であり、
熱媒体流路は、キャップにおける第2の半割り軸受の外周側に形成され、軸受保持部本体における第1の半割り軸受の外周側には形成されていない、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
熱供給手段は、加熱媒体に代えて冷却媒体が熱媒体流路を流れることで冷却手段としても機能する、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 内燃機関の回転軸を潤滑油を介してラジアルすべり軸受で支持し、ラジアルすべり軸受を軸受保持部で保持する内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
軸受保持部におけるラジアルすべり軸受の外周側で熱を供給する熱供給手段を有し、
軸受保持部は、軸受保持部本体と、軸受保持部本体に締結され、軸受保持部本体よりも熱容量の小さいキャップとを含み、
ラジアルすべり軸受は、軸受保持部本体に保持された第1の半割り軸受と、キャップに保持された第2の半割り軸受とを含み、
熱供給手段は、キャップにおける第2の半割り軸受の外周側で熱を供給し、軸受保持部本体における第1の半割り軸受の外周側では熱を供給せず、
さらに、熱供給手段としてヒータを有し、
ヒータは、キャップにおける第2の半割り軸受の外周側に設けられ、軸受保持部本体における第1の半割り軸受の外周側には設けられていない、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 内燃機関の回転軸を潤滑油を介してラジアルすべり軸受で支持し、ラジアルすべり軸受を軸受保持部で保持する内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
軸受保持部におけるラジアルすべり軸受の外周側で熱を供給する熱供給手段を有し、
軸受保持部は、軸受保持部本体と、軸受保持部本体に締結され、軸受保持部本体よりも熱容量の小さいキャップとを含み、
ラジアルすべり軸受は、軸受保持部本体に保持された第1の半割り軸受と、キャップに保持された第2の半割り軸受とを含み、
熱供給手段は、キャップにおける第2の半割り軸受の外周側で熱を供給し、軸受保持部本体における第1の半割り軸受の外周側では熱を供給せず、
さらに、熱供給手段は、ラジアルすべり軸受と回転軸間の隙間から潤滑油が供給される熱交換油路を流れる潤滑油の熱を供給する手段であり、
熱交換油路は、キャップにおける第2の半割り軸受の外周側に形成され、軸受保持部本体における第1の半割り軸受の外周側には形成されていない、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 請求項4に記載の内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
ラジアルすべり軸受と回転軸間の隙間は、回転軸方向に関して両端部が他の部分よりも狭い、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 内燃機関の回転軸を潤滑油を介してラジアルすべり軸受で支持し、ラジアルすべり軸受を軸受保持部で保持する内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
軸受保持部におけるラジアルすべり軸受の外周側で熱を供給する熱供給手段を有し、
軸受保持部は、軸受保持部本体と、軸受保持部本体に締結され、軸受保持部本体よりも熱容量の小さいキャップとを含み、
ラジアルすべり軸受は、軸受保持部本体に保持された第1の半割り軸受と、キャップに保持された第2の半割り軸受とを含み、
熱供給手段は、キャップにおける第2の半割り軸受の外周側で熱を供給し、軸受保持部本体における第1の半割り軸受の外周側では熱を供給せず、
キャップが断熱層を介して軸受保持部本体に締結されている、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
キャップが断熱層を介して軸受保持部本体に締結されている、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1に記載の内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
第1の半割り軸受の外周側に断熱層が設けられている、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1に記載の内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
熱供給手段の外周側に断熱層が設けられている、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1に記載の内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
キャップは、軸受保持部本体にボルトにより締結され、
ボルトの頭部とキャップとの間に断熱材リングが設けられている、内燃機関の軸受構造。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1に記載の内燃機関の軸受構造であって、
回転軸の外周面に断熱層が設けられている、内燃機関の軸受構造。
