Claims (10)
- 直線状のメインポート(40)と、該メインポート(40)に対して斜めに接続されたサイドポート(42)と、前記サイドポート(42)を液密に保つ止血弁(44)とを有する本体(14)と、
カテーテル(20)と、該カテーテル(20)の内腔に挿通された内針(18)とを有し、前記メインポート(40)の先端側に接続される留置針(30)と、
前記メインポート(40)の基端側に接続される血液受入具(16)と、
を備える穿刺具(11)と、
前記サイドポート(42)から前記止血弁(44)を通過して前記カテーテル(20)に挿入されるガイドワイヤ(12)と、
前記サイドポート(42)に接続され、前記ガイドワイヤ(12)を押し出す操作手段(22,150)と、
を有し、
前記操作手段(22,150)は、前記サイドポート(42)に対して回動し中空部(92)を備える回動部(76,152)と、
前記回動部(76,152)に接続された延在部(78)と、
前記ガイドワイヤ(12)を前記延在部(78)に沿って押し出すスライド部(80)と、
を有し、
前記回動部(76,152)の軸は、回動した角度を維持する角度維持機構(98,130)を有することを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)において、
前記回動部(76,152)は、前記サイドポート(42)に対して回動する第1軸(82)と、
前記第1軸(82)に対して傾動する第2軸(84,154)と、
を有することを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)において、
前記回動部(76,152)は、前記サイドポート(42)に対して回動する第1軸(82)と、
前記第1軸(82)に対して傾動する第2軸(84,154)と、
前記第2軸(84,154)に対して、該第2軸(84,154)の傾動方向と直交する方向に傾動する第3軸(156)と、
を有することを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項2又は3記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)において、
前記第1軸(82)は、前記サイドポート(42)の内向き環状溝(88)に対してフランジ(90)が嵌め込まれて構成されていることを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項1〜4記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)であって、
前記回動部(76,152)は、相対的に傾動する部材の少なくとも一方の端部に、傾動した際に前記ガイドワイヤ(12)が挿通する軸方向の通過スリット(108,160)を有する傾動軸を備えることを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項1〜5記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)において、
前記回動部(76,152)は、所定方向に開口する開口スリット(104)と、
該開口スリット(104)に対して一体に設けられた回動孔(106)と、
前記開口スリット(104)から挿入されて前記回動孔(106)に嵌る傾動中心部(96)と、
を有する傾動軸を備えることを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)において、
前記回動部(76,152)は、任意方向に傾動する蛇腹チューブ(170)であることを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)において、
前記延在部(78)は、内部に前記ガイドワイヤ(12)が通り、前記スライド部(80)を案内するガイドスリット(100)を備える筒形状であり、
前記スライド部(80)は、前記延在部(78)の外部に配設されるつまみ部(120)と、
前記延在部(78)の内部に配設されて、前記ガイドワイヤ(12)が接続される接続部(122)と、
前記ガイドスリット(100)に挿通され、前記つまみ部(120)と前記接続部(122)とを連結するブリッジ部(124)とを有することを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項8記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)において、
前記延在部(78)は、断面非円形であり、
前記つまみ部(120)は、内面が前記延在部(78)の断面形状に対応した形状で、環状に該延在部(78)を囲繞していることを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。 - 請求項8又は9記載のカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)において、
前記接続部(122)は、側面視で、前記延在部(78)の内面に接触する箇所が円弧形状であることを特徴とするカテーテル留置具(10a〜10c)。
