Claims (8)
- 植え込まれた構造物を、患者の生体組織から摘出するために、近位端と遠位端と、その中を貫通して伸張している前記植え込まれた構造物用の通路とを有する細長いシース部材と係合させるための先端チップにおいて、
近位端と遠位端を有する先端チップ本体であって、前記近位端は、前記シース部材の遠位端の内側表面と係合させることができる寸法に造られており、前記先端チップ本体の遠位端は、円筒状とされ、その外側表面の少なくとも一部に沿って配置された、前記植え込まれた構造物を前記生体組織から分離するための、少なくとも1つの分離器要素を含んでおり、前記分離器要素は、前記先端チップ本体の前記円筒状の遠位端の長手軸線を中心とした螺旋状の突起構造を有しており、前記遠位端は円形の遠位端縁を備え、該遠位端縁には前記植え込まれた構造物を前記生体組織から分離するための分離器要素が設けられていない、先端チップ本体を備えている先端チップ。 - 前記分離器要素は、前記先端チップ本体の遠位端の前記外側表面及び内側表面の少なくとも一部に沿って配置されている、請求項1に記載の先端チップ。
- 前記分離器要素は、前記先端チップ本体の遠位端の前記外側表面に沿って配置された複数の螺旋体を備えている、請求項2に記載の先端チップ。
- 前記先端チップ本体の近位端は、前記シース部材の遠位端の前記内側表面に係合させるための取付部材を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の先端チップ。
- 前記取付部材は、前記先端チップ本体の外側表面に沿って間隔を空けて配置されている複数のリングを備えている、請求項4に記載の先端チップ。
- 前記リングは、前記先端チップの遠位端の方向に、リング幅が広くなる順に整列している、請求項5に記載の先端チップ。
- 前記リングの少なくとも幾つかは、前記シース部材と係合した際の前記先端チップの回転を阻止するための切れ目部分を含んでいる、請求項6に記載の先端チップ。
- 前記先端チップ本体の前記遠位端は前記近位端よりも大径とされ、前記分離器要素は前記遠位端の先端から後端まで螺旋状に延在している、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の先端チップ。
