Description
(1)大径側円環部と、大径側円環部と同軸配置される小径側円環部と、大径側円環部と小径側円環部とを連結すべく、円周方向に略等間隔で複数配置される柱部と、円周方向に互いに隣り合う柱部の間に形成され、円すいころを転動可能に保持するポケット部と、を有する円すいころ軸受用保持器であって、合成樹脂製であり、大径側円環部、小径側円環部、及び柱部のうち大径側円環部の軸方向端面にのみ潤滑油逃げ用の貫通穴が設けられ、貫通穴は大径側円環部を略軸方向に貫通するように形成され、貫通穴の径方向寸法は大径側円環部の径方向の板厚の50%以下であり、貫通穴はポケット部それぞれに対して円周方向に互いに離間して2個ずつ配置され、これにより、軸受内部に流入する潤滑油は貫通穴を通過して排出されて、軸受内部での潤滑油の攪拌抵抗が低減することを特徴とする円すいころ軸受用保持器。
(2)貫通穴それぞれが柱部の近傍に設けられていることを特徴とする(1)に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器。
(3)内周面に外輪軌道面を有する外輪と、外周面に内輪軌道面を有する内輪と、外輪軌道面と内輪軌道面との間に転動可能に配設される複数の円すいころと、円すいころを円周方向に等間隔に保持する保持器と、を備える円すいころ軸受であって、保持器が、(1)又は(2)に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器であることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。
また、本発明の円すいころ軸受用保持器及び円すいころ軸受によれば、貫通穴の径方向寸法は大径側円環部の径方向の板厚の50%以下であるため、軸受回転時に保持器に作用する荷重に耐える強度を確保しつつ、回転トルクを低減することができる。
図1は本発明に係る円すいころ軸受用保持器及び円すいころ軸受の一実施形態を説明するための要部断面図、図2は図1に示す円すいころ軸受用保持器を説明するための斜視図、図3は図2のA部拡大図、図4は円すいころ軸受用保持器の第1変形例を説明するための要部拡大斜視図、図5は円すいころ軸受用保持器の第2変形例を説明するための要部拡大断面図、図6は円すいころ軸受用保持器の第3変形例を説明するための要部拡大断面図、図7は円すいころ軸受用保持器の第4変形例を説明するための要部拡大断面図である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、1個のポケット部18に対して貫通穴19を1個又は2個設ける場合を例示したが、これに限定されず、貫通穴19を3個以上設けるようにしてもよい。また、貫通穴19の形状も上記に限定されず任意である。

- 大径側円環部と、前記大径側円環部と同軸配置される小径側円環部と、前記大径側円環部と前記小径側円環部とを連結すべく、円周方向に略等間隔で複数配置される柱部と、円周方向に互いに隣り合う前記柱部の間に形成され、円すいころを転動可能に保持するポケット部と、を有する円すいころ軸受用保持器であって、
合成樹脂製であり、
前記大径側円環部、前記小径側円環部、及び前記柱部のうち前記大径側円環部の軸方向端面にのみ潤滑油逃げ用の貫通穴が設けられ、
前記貫通穴は前記大径側円環部を略軸方向に貫通するように形成され、
前記貫通穴の径方向寸法は前記大径側円環部の径方向の板厚の50%以下であり、
前記貫通穴は前記ポケット部それぞれに対して円周方向に互いに離間して2個ずつ配置され、
これにより、軸受内部に流入する潤滑油は前記貫通穴を通過して排出されて、前記軸受内部での前記潤滑油の攪拌抵抗が低減することを特徴とする円すいころ軸受用保持器。 - 前記貫通穴それぞれが前記柱部の近傍に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器。
- 内周面に外輪軌道面を有する外輪と、外周面に内輪軌道面を有する内輪と、前記外輪軌道面と前記内輪軌道面との間に転動可能に配設される複数の円すいころと、前記円すいころを円周方向に等間隔に保持する保持器と、を備える円すいころ軸受であって、
前記保持器が、請求項1又は2に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器であることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。
