Claims (6)
- 炭化水素系ガスと酸素系ガスと水蒸気が原料ガスとして導入され、上記原料ガスを触媒と接触反応させて炭化水素系ガスの燃焼反応および変成反応を生じさせることにより、水素ガスリッチでかつ一酸化炭素ガス濃度が高い混合ガスとして一酸化炭素ガスを発生させる反応器を備え、上記反応器の下流に主として水素を含むガスが導入されることを特徴とする一酸化炭素ガス発生装置。
- 上記反応器の下流に反応器で発生した熱を回収する熱交換器が設けられ、上記反応器の出口と熱交換器の入口との間に主として水素を含むガスが導入される請求項1記載の一酸化炭素ガス発生装置。
- 上記反応器に導入される原料ガスが、水蒸気中のH2Oと炭化水素系ガス中のCとのモル比がH2O/Cで0.5以下となるよう、炭化水素系ガスと酸素系ガスと水蒸気の混合比が設定されるよう構成されている請求項1または2記載の一酸化炭素ガス発生装置。
- 上記反応器に導入される原料ガスが、酸素系ガス中のO2と炭化水素系ガス中のCとのモル比がO2/Cで0.3以上0.5以下となるよう、炭化水素系ガスと酸素系ガスと水蒸気の混合比が設定されるよう構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の一酸化炭素ガス発生装置。
- 上記反応器は、Rh修飾(Ni−CeO2)−Pt触媒を使用することにより、炭化水素系ガスの燃焼反応と変成反応とを同じ反応領域内で同時に行なうようになっている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の一酸化炭素ガス発生装置。
- 炭化水素系ガスと酸素系ガスと水蒸気が原料ガスとして導入され、上記原料ガスを触媒と接触反応させて炭化水素系ガスの燃焼反応および変成反応を生じさせることにより、水素ガスリッチでかつ一酸化炭素ガス濃度が高い混合ガスとして一酸化炭素ガスを発生させる反応工程を行い、上記反応工程の下流に主として水素を含むガスを導入することを特徴とする一酸化炭素ガス発生方法。
