Description
Claims (6)
- 航空機の2つの胴体部分(2、3)の接続を準備する方法であって、
前記胴体部分(2、3)の各々を、一方の胴体部分の開口部を他方の胴体部分に向けて配置する工程と、
少なくとも1つの胴体部分(2、3)および/または少なくとも1つの胴体部分の縦通材要素(6)に、較正ボアホール(CBA)を含む結合手段(4、6)を取り付ける工程と、
固定手段および前記胴体部分における較正ボアホールを介して、および/または前記較正ボアホールを用いる結合手段を介して、少なくとも1つのドリルテンプレートを固定する工程と、
パイロットドリル加工を含まずに、前記ドリルテンプレートを用いて、少なくとも1つの胴体部分の外表層および前記結合手段を介して一群の最終ボアホールの高速ドリル加工(HSD)を行う工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記胴体部分(2、3)のグリースを除去する工程と、
前記胴体部分(2、3)をバリ取りする工程と、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - シーリング材を前記胴体部分、特に前記結合手段(4)に塗布する工程と、
前記胴体部分(2、3)および前記結合手段を固定し、リベット止めする工程と、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記HSDは、毎分回転数(RPM)15000から20000に達する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記HSDは、前記ボアホールの潤滑油の注入を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記HSDは、前記ボアホールの皿座ぐりを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
